Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Guipi Tang And Shixiao San

Objective: Based on the theory of supporting the right spirit and dispelling evil,the therapeutic effect of Guipi Tang combined with Shixiao San on peptic ulcer with(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)was observed by means of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,activating blood stasis and removing blood stasis,and observing the clinical efficacy of Guipi Tang combined with Shixiao San in treating peptic ulcer with(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Objective evaluation of its safety,effectiveness,and provide a better treatment for clinical.Methods: According to the screening requirements,72 patients with peptic ulcer stage A(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were selected and voluntarily signed informed consent.The selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Guipi Tang and Shixiao San modified traditional Chinese medicine decoction(composed of Radix Astragali,Angelica sinensis,Codonopsis pilosula,WuLingzhi,Pu Huang,etc.)2 times a day and taken continuously for 28 days.The control group was given 4 tablets of Weinai’an capsule traditional Chinese patent medicine(composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Ginseng and Radix Notoginseng)three times a day for 28 days.During the course of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed closely,and the changes of symptoms,signs and gastroscopy before and after treatment were recorded.Two groups of effective patients were followed up at random for 3 months after the end of the course of disease to record the recurrence of the disease and to conduct statistical analysis and comparison.Results: After the study,a total of 61 patients completed the trial according to the test requirements,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.(1)Observe the curative effect of the two groups of patients with TCM Syndrome Hou,The total effective rate was 96.77% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,which was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.05).(2)Observe the curative effect under gastroscope,The results showed that the healing of ulcer in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group.(3)To observe the scores of TCM symptom integral before and after treatment in both groups.The main symptoms of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,especially in the treatment group(P<0.01),which was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),The average value of total integral: the treatment group was22.03±3.49 before treatment and 3.35±4.11 after treatment,the control group was22.10±4.39 before treatment and 8.07±6.12 after treatment.(4)The two groups were followed up for 6 months.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the recurrence rate(P< 0.05).The recurrence rate was 10.00% in the treatment group and 32.00% in the control group.To sum up,Guipi Tang and Shixiao San is superior to Weinai’an capsule in improving clinical symptoms and reducing recurrence.Conclusion:In the treatment of peptic ulcer(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)with Guipi Tang and Shixiao San,it is obviously superior to Weinai’an capsule in improving clinical symptoms and promoting healing of ulcer surface,and can greatly reduce the recurrence rate,with high safety and less toxic and side effects.
