The Study Of Yiqi-huoxue Fomula To Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Of Peptic Ulcer Patients’clinical Curative Effect Observation And The Metabonomics Changes

Purpose:By Yiqi-huoxue Fomula treating qi deficiency blood stasis of peptic ulcer patients’ clinical curative effect observation and the Metabonomics changes to study revealed the essential rule of qi deficiency blood stasis of peptic ulcer. Try to use the Metabonomics analysis method to explore the essence of traditional Chinese medicine. Verify the superiority of TCM in the treatment of peptic ulcer and it’s popularization and application in order to find a new way to research TCM.Methods:With the principles of randomized and double-blind,30cases of peptic ulcer patients are divided into treatment group and control group. All cases have been diagnosed as qi deficiency blood stasis of peptic ulcer. Select15healthy volunteers. The treatment group(15cases) are treated with Yiqi-huoxue Fomula and omeprazole, the control group(15cases) are treated with omeprazole only. Take six weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, all the patients are observed for the urine specimens for metabolites, gastroscope inspection, the total accumulated scores of clinical symptoms and efficacy of TCM. Healthy volunteers only need urine specimens for metabolites.Result:The patients’urine specimens have a significant difference with healthy volunteers before treatment. After treatment, there is no obvious difference between both of them. The treatment group has a closer proximity to healthy volunteers. The total accumulated scores of clinical symptoms and efficacy of TCM after treatment in the test group has a more significant reduction than that before treatment, and the difference has meaning in the statistics (P<0.05); comparing with the control group, the total accumulated scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in the test group is significantly lower, and the difference also has meaning in the statistics (P<0.01). Conclusion:Treating peptic ulcer by Yiqi-huoxue Fomula with omeprazole is better than omeprazole in the aspects of improving the clinical symptoms, accelerate the repair process of mucous epithelium. The difference between qi deficiency blood stasis of peptic ulcer patient and healthy volunteers may make up the metabolic markers of qi deficiency blood stasis of peptic ulcer.
