Objective:The transplantation of autologous cartilage are currently,as a kind of high quality material is widely used in plastic surgery of rhinoplasty,especially in the costal cartilage and ear cartilage and nasal septum cartilages used in rhinoplasty,this article mainly aims at costal cartilage,ear cartilage,cartilage of nasal septum biomechanics and related outcome study the microscopic structure of biology,in order to provide certain theoretical basis for clinical rhinoplasty work.Methods:1.Autologous cartilage get: A total of 36 rhinoplasty and reconstructive patients admitted from May 2015 to May 2018 in the department of plastic and aesthetic surgery of the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university were selected,transplantation of autologous cartilage with the intraoperative 6 cases(30 cases of women,men)as the control group,with fresh autologous cartilage as normal group.2.The autologous cartilage tissues obtained after rhinoplasty and restoration were divided into 3 groups(1)fresh costal cartilage tissues,6 months after transplantation,12 months after transplantation,and 24 months after transplantation;(2)fresh ear cartilage tissue,ear cartilage tissue 6 months after transplantation,ear cartilage tissue 12 months after transplantation,ear cartilage tissue 24 months after transplantation;(3)fresh nasal septum cartilage tissue,6 months after transplantation,12 months after transplantation,and 24 months after transplantation);The changes of chondrocyte activity and morphology,type II collagen fiber distribution and arrangement,and GAG content of chondrocyte extracellular matrix polyglycoprotein in autochondrocytes after rhinoplasty and repair were compared with those in fresh cartilage tissues,and the biological outcomes of autochondrocytes in different groups were observed.Results:Free autologous cartilage transplantation,with the passage of time,the cartilage cells found in 6 months after the new blood vessels,see new cartilage cells,cartilagecells distribution,amount of extracellular matrix of cartilage glycosaminoglycans GAG sugar begins to increase gradually,type II collagen fiber arrangement and distribution by the normal and orderly into the chaotic arrangement and distribution;After 24 months can see basic fusion regenerated fiber cartilage with transplant of cartilage,cartilage cells to uniform distribution,the cartilage glycosaminoglycans GAG sugar content is close to the values of normal cartilage,extracellular matrix and cartilage glycosaminoglycans GAG sugar content,rib cartilage group > the septum >ear cartilage group,type II collagen fiber arrangement and to achieve the new arrangement and distribution of dynamic.Conclusion:The resorption and regeneration of the transplanted cartilage occurred after rhinoplasty with free transplantation of autologous cartilage.The amount of absorption was less than the amount of regeneration 12 months to 24 months after transplantation,and the final costal cartilage absorbed the least and the ear cartilage absorbed the most after transplantation.24 months after the final transplantation,the regenerated fibrous cartilage and the transplanted cartilage fused with each other,and the biological outcome of cartilage reached a new dynamic balance.
