| Objective: With CDFI ( Color Dopplre Flour imaging ) on the base of angiomorphology and hemodynamics to investigate objective micromomic index of Syndrom of stagnated Liver and Blood Stasis for hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods: 300 cases of stagnated Liver-qi group and 300 cases of stagnated qi and blood stasis group,inspect index in hemodynamics and pathology, and explore relation between them. Results: The accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of this disease , with increasing serious degree of introductal hyperplasia and cyslic hyperplasia in accordance with pathology,new blood vessel increase and blood velocity ,resistance index as well. Conclusion: in a hemodynamics way there have a new objective method of dignosis , treastment of hyperplasia for differentence . It's innovate of finding objective way to validate rationality of traditional difference.
