| Objective:The purpose of this paper is to study the experience of Gao Jianzhong’s use of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and its related academic thoughts.Through combing the theory of qi and blood,sorting out the academic thoughts of the instructors,combined with clinical application,summed up the experience of the instructors.Starting from the compilation of medical records and statistical data,we will further understand Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and prescriptions,expand the scope of application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in clinical practice,and provide an effective research model for the inheritance of famous Chinese medicine ideas and clinical experience.Methods:Through the network to search the literature,check the ancient Chinese medicine and other methods,explore the development and changes with the theory of qi and blood as the main line;learn the mentoring academic ideas by learning the thoughts of Yishui school,listening to teachers’ lectures,and visiting the doctors;The instructor will use the effective medical records of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to collect the data of gender,age,tongue image,pulse,prescription prescription and other data,and present it in an appropriate chart to explore the indications of the instructor in the clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.I found the compatibility of prescriptions,summed up the experience of applying Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and expanded the scope of application.Results : The academic thinking of Gao Jianzhong’s clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is to pass legislation to regulate blood and qi;to emphasize lifting and sinking;to take care of the spleen and stomach.In the clinical study of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,after statistical analysis of the data,we can draw the gender,age,the scope of application of this party is wide,mostly in the middle-aged and elderly;the disease name statistics,a total of disease names 43 It involves many diseases such as internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,and ENT,among which there are 22 kinds of TCM internal medicines;96 cases of red tongues are the most in tongue,followed by 68 cases of thin tongues,and finally purple tongues.23 cases;the tongue coating was the most common in 181 cases of white moss,followed by 46 cases of thin moss;on the pulse,the maximum characteristic of the single pulse was 24 cases,and the composite characteristic pulse was 76 cases,accounting for 40.64.%,followed by fine string pulse in 28 cases,accounting for 14.97%;in the joint group,the highest frequency of use was Cuigui Longmu soup 85 times,accounting for 44.97%,followed by Qishu pills 26 times,accounting for 13.76%,and Wendan soup 16 times,accounting for 8.47%,Zhenwu soup 9 times,accounting for 4.76%,Yiqi smart soup 8 times,accounting for 4.23%,Jieyufang 7 times,accounting for 3.70%,Banxia Xiexin soup 6 times,The proportion is 3.17%.Conclusion:Through the research results of this subject,the academic thoughts of Gao Jianzhong’s teacher were summarized,and the indications of using Xuefu Zhuyu soup were clearly defined,and the characteristics of Gao Jianzhong’s teacher using Xuefu Zhuyu soup were demonstrated.In the application of indications,the dark red tongue and the pale tongue are the indications for the tongue,and the slow pulse,the thin pulse,and the thin string pulse are used as the pulse indications,regardless of age,and the legislation is accompanied by the evidence.In addition,Mr.Gao Jianzhong is unique in the use of Xuefu Zhuyu soup.At the dose,Gao teacher used small doses to reduce adverse reactions and achieved good results.Gao also passed the two understandings of "Xuefu",using Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to treat super-focal lesions,and even the disease of qi and blood in the whole body,greatly expanding the application range of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.And Gao Jianzhong learned the old group of the old group to treat chronic diseases and difficult diseases,and combined the Xuefu Zhuyu soup with other parties,and the curative effect is good. |
