Analysis Of The Correlation Between CRP Level And TCM Syndromes In Patients With Aplastic Anemia Complicated With Infection

Objective To study the correlation of anemia aplastic differentiation of TCM with CRP,To provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 anemia aplastic patients had been incorporated according to <Hematology Diagnosis and Treatment Criteria> by Zhang Zhinana and Shenti who had completed the examination of Biochemical class,Stool routine plus occult blood test,Urine routine,ECG and Bone marrow routine.After meeting the inclusion criteria,they were randomly divided into kidney-yin deficiency group(20 cases),kidney-yang deficiency group(20 cases)and kidney-yin-yang deficiency group(20 cases).Serum CRP level and TCM syndrome score were recorded.All data results were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 software.To observe and evaluate the correlation between CRP level and TCM syndromes in patients with aplastic anemia complicated with infection.Results 1.There were significant differences in CRP levels among three groups: kidney-yin deficiency group,kidney-yang deficiency group and kidney-yin-yang deficiency group(P=0.043<0.05).CRP level in kidney-yang deficiency group(45.78±53.15)was significantly higher than that in kidney-yin deficiency group(19.80±8.56).The two groups have significant difference(P=0.010<0.05).Kidney yin deficiency and kidney yin and yang deficiency group two showed no significant difference(P=0.099>0.05).2.The type of deficiency of kidney Yin syndrome score was positively correlated with CRP(r=0.374,P=0.014<0.05).The type of deficiency of kidney Yang syndrome score was positively correlated with CRP(r=0.139,P=0.039<0.05).There was no significant correlation between syndrome integral of kidney yin-yang deficiency and CRP(P=0.620>0.05).The syndrome integral of kidney-yang deficiency type(45.78 +53.15)was higher than that of kidney-yin deficiency type(19.80 +8.56).Conclusion1.CRP is helpful to the dialectics of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in patients with aplastic anemia complicated with infection,and can be used as a choice of clinical indicators for the detection of disease progression of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Kidney yin and yang deficiency in patients with aplastic anemia complicated with infections,the CRP level no obvious help for dialectical and progress of traditional Chinese medicine research.
