Clinical Study On Treatment Of Non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy With Quyumaitong Granules

ObjectiveTo observe and copare the clinical efficacy of Quyumaitong granules and Fufangxueshuantong capsules in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR),and to explore its clinical promotion value.Methods72 cases(72 eyes)patients with Non-proliferative Diabetic retinopathy from department of ophthalmolgy during December 2017 and December 2018,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 36 patients in each group(36 eyes).The basic treatment of both groups included general medical control of blood glucose treatment and appropriate dietary exercise regulation.Treatment group:took Quyumaitong granules,three times everyday,one pack each time.Control group:took Fufangxueshuantong capsule,three times one day,three capsules each time.Two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment,needed to be tested and recorded their vision,central foveal thickness,fundus characteristics and TCM syndrome scores.The results of the above indicators were statistically analyzed and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for analysis and processing.Results(1)After treatment,the vision of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the foveal thickness in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the reduction of foveal thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the fundus of both groups improved,and the scores of fundus features were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The improvement of fundus in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)After treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes were significantly decreased(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)The total treatment effective rate was 85.71%in the treatment group and 77.14%in the control group.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups.ConclusionQuyumaitong Granules and Compound Fufangxueshuantong Capsule have good curative effect in treating patients with non-Proliferative diabetic retinopathy,and there is no significant difference in total effective rate.Quyumaitong Granules and Fufangxueshuantong Capsules have obvious curative effects on improving visual acuity,macular retinal thickness and TCM syndromes.Among them,Quyumaitong Granules are actually better than Fufangxueshuantong Capsules in improving fundus.Quyumaitong Granules are safe and effective,with few adverse reactions,and have prominent clinical promotion value.
