Objective.Probe into the influence factors of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)patients in Hainan province.Analyse the mental state and characteristics of gastric myoelectric activity and autonomic nervous system of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients.Method.1.Collecte 130 gastroesophageal reflux disease patients who have been diagnosed or treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of Hainan Provincial People's Hospital during the period of 2014 August to 2018 December as the observation group and select 100 healthy people as the control group.(The number of effective questionnaires obtained from the observation group and the control group was 129 and 100.).2.(1)Record fasting and postprandial multi-channel electrogastrography and heart rate variability of 29 healthy people and 31 GERD patients who still suffered from heartburn or other reflux symptoms, compare the gastric electrical parameters and autonomic activity between GERD group and healthy subjects.(2)At the same time,31 patients with GERD and 29 healthy people should complete self-evaluation of anxiety and self-report of depression with reference to the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-ratingDepression Scale(SDS),then analyse GERD patients' mental states.(3)Make a correlation analysis between anxiety, depression and heart rate variability.Results.1.Dietary factors:(1)Univariate analysis showed that the difference between chewing betel nut and eating preserved food in GERD group and healthy control group was statistically significant.(2)Logistic multivariate analysis showed that the risk of GERD among people both who chewed betel nut once or twice and per week, chewed betel nut 3times or more than 3 times per week as increased, compared with those who chewed betel nut less than one time per week; The risk of GERD among people who ate preserved food more than 6 times per week was increased, compared with those who ate preserved food less than one time per week.Chewing betel nut 3 times or more than 3 times per week is most closely related to GERD(B 3.517;OR 33.684).The mental state, autonomic nerve and gastric electrical activity of GERD patients.1.The incidence of anxiety and depression in the GERD group was higher than that in the HS group, and the difference was statistically different(p<0.05).2.There was a positive correlation between anxiety degree and sympathetic tone, and there was a negative correlation between anxiety degree and parasympathetic tone and autonomic function(p<0.05).There was a positive correlation between depression degree and psychological stress(p<0.05).3.The autonomic nerve activity of GERD group was 61.27±20.16,and the autonomic nerve activity of HS group was 73.11±15.65.The autonomic nerve activity of GERD group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference in fasting and postprandial dominant frequency and dominant powerbetween GERD group and HS group(p>0.05)and there was no statistically significant difference in the fasting/ postprandial power ratio between the two groups(p>0.05);The fasting normal percentage of2-4cpm gastric slow waves of GERD group was 53.91±14.67%,the postprandial normal percentage of 2-4cpm gastric slow waves of GERD group was 55.68±15.35%,the fasting normal percentage of 2-4cpm gastric slow waves of HS group was 63.51±15.78%,the postprandial normal percentage of 2-4cpm gastric slow waves of HS group was67.39±14.88%,both of the fasting and postprandial normal percentage of2-4cpm gastric slow waves of GERD group were lower than that in the HS group, and the differences were statistically significant(p>0.05).The postprandial percentage of bradygastria of GERD group was21.69±10.49%,the postprandial percentage of bradygastria of HS group was 11.7±5.91%,and the difference was statistically significant. There were no statistically significant differences in the fasting and postprandial percentage of tachygastfia, fasting and postprandial percentage of disorder gastric electrical rhythm, fasting percentage of bradygastria between GERD group and HS group(p>0.05).Conclusions.1.Chewing betel nut, eating preserved food frequently may be the risk factors of GERD.2.GERD patients are prone to anxiety, depression, moreover, anxiety, depression are associated with autonomic nerve abnormalities.3.GERD patient's autonomic nerve and gastric electrical activity are abnormal.
