Objective: To explore the relative risk factors and blood lipid levels of Colorectal polyps patients with different pathological types. To strengthen the understanding and attention to Colorectal polyp, guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:(1)The clinical data of 249 patients with Colorectal polyps diagnosed by electronic colonoscopy and pathological examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from January 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Among the influencing factors subtypes, the patients were divided into Colorectal adenomatous polyp group(CAP group)and non-Colorectal adenomatous polyp group(NCAP group)according to different pathological types.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors.General information(including gender, age, nationality, occupation,Body Mass Index(BMI),smoking history, drinking history, history of hypertension, source of patients, diseased regions,Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP),Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP))and related laboratory examination indexes(including Fasting Blood-glucose(FBG),Uric acid(UA),Hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),Total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),High Density Llipoprotein(HDL),Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL),ApolipoproteinAI(apoAI),ApolipoproteinB(ApoB),Lipoprotein(a),[Lp(a)])twenty-two possible risk factors were analyzed by Single factor analysis of Logistic regression method, and the variables with statistical differences were analyzed by Logistic regression Multivariate analysis. The risk factors and independent risk factors of patients with Colorectal polyps of different pathological types were determined by the above methods.(2)The clinical data of 227 patients were further selected from 249 patients with Colorectal polyps diagnosed by electronic colonoscopy and pathological examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from January 2017 to December 2017 were retrospectively selected, including 132 were in the Adenomatous group and 95 were in the Inflammatory group. All patients were included in the general situation(including gender, age)and blood lipid indexes(TC,TG,HDL,LDL,apoA I,apoB,Lp(a))nine possible influencing factors. The clinical parameters of the two groups were compared and analyzed by SPSS 22.0.If the data in the measurement data conform to the normal distribution, the comparison of the mean between groups is conducted by the t-Test of two independent samples; If the data do not conform to the normal distribution or the variance is not homogeneous, the Rank Sum Test of two independent samples is used for the comparison between groups;Comparisons of counting data between groups were examined by ?2 Test.Through the above analysis, the difference of Blood lipid levels in patients with different pathological types of Colorectal polyps was analyzed.Results:(1)In 249 patients,132 were in Colorectal adenomatous polyp group(CAP group),accounting for 53.01%,and 117 were in non-Colorectal adenomatous polyp group(NCAP group),accounting for 46.99%.Logistic Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in Uric acid(UA)(P=0.003)and ApolipoproteinAI(apoAI)(P=0.019)between the two subgroups, indicating that the above factors were risk factors for patients with Colorectal polyps of different pathological types. However the following factors whose P values are greater than 0.05 do not have much relation to Colorectal polyp, includes: sex(P=0.893),age(P=0.563),nationality(P=0.887),occupation(P=0.432),Body Mass Index(BMI)(P=0.249),smoking history(P=0.948),drinking history(P=0.337),history of hypertension(P=0.754),source of patients(P= 0.587),diseased regions(P=0.152),Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP)(P=0.947),Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP)(P=0.265),Fasting Blood glucose(FBG)(P=1.000),Hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(P=0.460),Total Cholesterol(TC)(P=0.890),Triglycerides(TG)(P=0.334),High Density Lipoprotein(HDL)(P=0.227),Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL)(P=0.910),apolipoprotein B(apoB)(P=0.686),lipoprotein a[Lp(a)](P=0.154)among the 20 factors, these results suggest that these factors are not risk factors for patients with Colorectal polyps of different pathological types. Then Multivariate analysis showed that the levels of Uric acid(UA)(P=0.003,OR=0.419,95%CI:0.237-0.739),ApolipoproteinAI(apoAI)(P=0.029,OR=0.178,95%CI:0.038-0.838)difference was statistically significant, indicating that the above two factors are independent risk factors for patients with different pathological type of Colorectal polyps, and their effects are particularly prominent.(2)There were 227 patients with Colorectal polyps of different pathological types, including 132 in the Adenomatous group and 95 in the Inflammatory group.Compared with colorectal polyps of different pathological types, the abnormal level of ApolipoproteinAI(apoAI)in Adenoma group was higher than that in Inflammatory group(P=0.046),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)In this study,we found that UA level and apoAI level were risk factors for adenomatous in patients with colorectal polyps of different pathological types, and they were independent risk factors.(2)Abnormal serum apoAI level may be a risk factor for colorectal adenomatous polyps.
