Study On The Compatibility Of Qi-stagnationg Syndrome

ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,through the study and discussion of the prescription of qi stagnation syndrome in the medical books from pre-Qin Dynasty to Ming and Qing dynasties,it is expected that the compatibility characteristics of qi depression can be obtained in order to play a certain role in clinical treatment.MothodsBy consulting the China knowledge Network and using the Chinese Medical Code,a total of 105 prescriptions related to qi stagnation syndrome were screened out,and the frequency of drug composition,drugs and meridians were statistically analyzed.The high frequency drug pairs were obtained by using SPSS Modeler 18 statistical software,and the theoretical discussion was carried out.The commonly used high frequency medicine pairs are cyperus rotundus with rhizomaligusticichuanxiong,cyperus rotundus with magnolia officinalis,angerine peel with medicated leaven,bupleurum with white peony root,bupleurum with gardenia,pinellia ternate with magnolia officinalis,cyperus rotundus with tangerine peel,cyperus rotundus with dried green orange peel,bupleurum with mentha,tangerine peel with pinellia ternate,tangerine peel with poria cocos.ConclusionThrough analysis and discussion,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Qi depression syndrome is mostly treated from the three internal organs of liver,spleen and heart.The treatment of qi stagnation syndrome is mainly to soothe the liver and regulate the spleen.2.Qi stagnation syndrome is mainly used with formula for activating qi flowing,attach importance to qi and blood,commonly used gas agent with white peony root,angelica sinensis and other products such as nourishing yin and nourishing blood to soothe the liver and soft the liver;compatible with blood activating drugs such as rhizomaligusticichuanxiong,zedoary turmericto promoting qi and activate blood.Pay attention to resolving phlegm,commonly used formula for activating qi flowing combined with phlegm drugs,such as pinellia ternate with magnolia officinalis to relieving stagnant and resolving masses.Pay attention to clearing heat,commonly used formula for activating qi flowing combined with gardenia,scutellaria to promoting the circulation of qi and relieve depression fever.
