Objectives This topic by collecting the clinical age of 6 months~14 years old of children with high blood lead, explores through the way of health education and Qizao oral liquid to reduce children's blood lead levels in the body.Leading to early interventioncan reduce the incidence of lead poisoning in children and improve the quality of children's lives. Methods 126 cases were selected from November 2017 to November 2018 at tangshan maternal and child care service centre.Chosenhealth check-up children's ages in 6 months~14 years old and the blood lead levels in 50~99ug/L range, didn't distinguish between men and women and give flooding lead treatment.Children's parents were informedthe information about the importance of early row lead treatment and the possible risks and signed the informed consent form.In this study, children with hyperlead were divided into the intervention group(63 cases)and the control group(63 cases)according to their parents' wishes. The control group received only health education. The intervention group was given health education, and qizao oral liquid(zhejiang tailisen pharmaceutical co,LTD)was given 4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment. The blood lead, trace elements and hemoglobin concentrations of each group were re-examined before the intervention and 4~6 weeks after the intervention, and the neurological symptoms of the children, including hyperactivity, inattention and irritability, were observed. Results Among the 126 cases,2 cases quit in the intervention group,3 cases quit in the control group, the intervention group had 61 cases and control group had 60 cases. There was no significant difference in the distribution of gender and age between the two groups(P<0.05).At 4~6 weeks after the end of the intervention, the blood lead level in the two groups was retested. In the intervention group, the blood lead level decreased from(70.12±9.46)ug/L to(42.29±12.53)ug/L,with an average decrease of(27.83±3.07)ug/L.In the control group, the mean blood lead decreased from(65.82±11.28)ug/L to(52.64±9.12)ug/L,with an average decrease of(13.18±2.16)ug/L.The effect of reducing lead in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The number of effective patients in the intervention group was 48,and the total effective rate was 78.68%.The number of effective patients in the control group was 35,and the total effective rate was 58.33%.Qizao oral liquid combined with health education is a feasible method to treat children's high blood leadlevels. There were no significant changes in the concentrations of trace microelement(Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe)and hemoglobin in the two groups before and after the intervention(P>0.05),and the differences were not statistically significant. In this experiment, the investigation on the lead intake level of children showed that, when the blood lead level was low, there was no obvious neurological symptoms, such as hyperactivity, inattention, irritability and other symptoms, with no significant difference(P>0.05).In addition, the risk factors increased blood lead level in children, including sucking their fingers, biting their nails, putting pencils intheir mouth and other hand-mouth behavior.eatting puffed food, eggs, popcorn and other lead-containing food, parents' occupation, smoking in front of children and other bad habits also can increased the risk. Conclusions Qizao oral liquidor health education alone can reduce the blood lead level in children, but the combined use of the two is better.Figure 2;Table 12;Reference 138...
