Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Insomnia (Phlegm-Stasis Type) After Stroke By Activating Blood Circulation And Resolving Phlegm And Soothing Spirit

Obective: The purpose of this paper is to explore the clinical efficacy ?safety and side effects of activating blood circulation to remove phlegm and soothe the mind in treating insomnia after stroke(phlegm-blood stasis type),and to provide reliable basis for clinic.Methods: Sixty patients with insomnia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Two groups were treated with routine methods to prevent stroke,the treatment group was treated with promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm,the control group was treated with esazolam tablets,and both groups were treated for 30 days.The changes of TCM symptom score,Changes in Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale,the degree of nerve function defect,adverse reaction and safety during the course of treatment were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM symptoms: except for insomnia and tongue skew,the curative effect of the two groups was the same(P>0.05),the other symptoms of the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)comparison of the total score of TCM syndrome:after treatment,the total score of the two groups decreased to some extent,and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)comparison of the total curative effect of TCM syndrome:after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 86.67%in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,the treatment groupwas obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)comparison of PSQI scores: both groups were effective after treatment,but in terms of sleep quality,sleep time and sleep efficiency,the two groups had the same curative effect(P>0.05),in sleep disorder,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of sleep quality,sleep time and sleep efficiency.The daytime dysfunction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)score of nerve function defect: the nerve function of the two groups recovered to some extent after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)Safety and adverse effects: The safety indexes of the two groups after treatment were all within the safety range,and the adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of activating blood circulation to remove phlegm and soothing spirit in treating insomnia after stroke(phlegm-blood stasis type)is similar to that of eszolam group in improving sleep quality,falling asleep time and sleep efficiency,but it can improve sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction.TCM syndrome,promote the rehabilitation of neurological function of patients,the curative effect is accurate,and the side effects are few.
