Objective: to evaluate the effect of tonifying and relieving balance on knee osteoarthritis pain and peripheral muscle strength of knee joint. To explore the therapeutic effect of balance manipulation of tonification and diarrhea on knee osteoarthritis and provide reference for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 38 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from April 2017 to October 2018 in the department of orthopaedics of the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine. The patients were divided into experimental group(n = 19)and control group(n = 19),aged 40-65 years. Before treatment, all patients were required to collect general project data, medical history, symptoms, signs, body weight, and knee X-ray examination.Osteoarthritis was graded according to X-ray,and knee flexion and extensor muscle strength measurement,VAS score and other general information were also performed. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine tonifying and purgative balance manipulation for 2 courses(once a day,7 days as a course),followed by VAS scoring and isokinetic muscle strength measurement system to measure the flexor and extensor muscle group of the knee joint and describe the symptoms of the patients. In the control group, futalin emulsion was applied topically, applied to the affected area around the knee joint, and gently rubbed,3 times a day for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment,VAS score, muscle strength of knee flexor and extensor groups, sum of relative muscle strength of flexor and extensor groups, and overall clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: among the 38 patients enrolled in the study,38 patients were enrolled in the study,19 in the control group and 19 in the experimental group.?1.Comparison of VAS scores: after two courses of treatment,VAS scores of both the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05).?Comparison of VAS score reduction degree: the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),among which the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05)was statistically significant.2.Comparison of knee flexor and extensor muscle strength: after the course of treatment, the muscle strength of knee flexor and extensor was significantly higher in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05).The muscle strength of the flexion and extensor group in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical symptoms: after the course of treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of the degree of reduction between groups: the clinical efficacy of the balance manipulation of tonification and diarrhea in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),with significant differences.4,the experimental group and control group patients before and after treatment with lateral summation with the group of relative peak torque flexor respectively, and then corresponding VAS score bivariate correlation analysis, comparing with the results and four groups of the obtained results showed that patients with KOA side was significantly associated with relative peak torque and VAS scores before and after the treatment, and that through comparison before and after the treatment of symptoms, the person that weigh correlation is higher. Conclusion: 1.Both the experimental group and the control group were effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and the experimental group was superior to the external control group in the improvement of pain, muscle strength and clinical symptoms of knee flexion and extensor groups, etc. The clinical effect of the balance manipulation of reinforcing and diarrhea in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was good, which was worthy of clinical promotion.?2.The muscle strength of the flexor and extensor muscles of the knee joint is correlated with the pain of knee arthritis, and the more severe the clinical symptoms are,the higher the correlation is.
