Objective: To observe and compare the difference of clinical efficacy between warm acupuncture and moxibustion of Wenliu combined with conventional acupuncture and simple conventional acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with wind-cold arthralgia. And to explore the clinical value and significance of warm acupuncture and moxibustion of Wenliu combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold arthralgia type nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods: A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy caused by wind-cold syndrome were collected from the outpatient department.According to the random number table made by SPSS software, the patients were divided into the warm needling group(experimental group,n=30)and the routine needling group(control group,n=30).Treatment in the experimental group: Warm acupuncture and moxibustion of Wenliu on the basis of conventional acupuncture.Control group treatment: Conventional acupuncture treatment. Both groups were treated once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment(20 times of treatment),between the courses of rest for 3 days.NPQ cervical pain scale, cervical spondylosis efficacy rating scale, median nerve f-wave conduction velocity and ulnar nerve f-wave conduction velocity were recorded respectively before and after treatment. The recurrence rate was followed up after 3 months. After the above data were collected,IBM SPSS 24 was used to statistically compare the intra-group differences of the indicators before and after treatment, and the difference values of the indicators before and after treatment in each group were compared between groups.Results:1.The percentage of NPQ in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment, and that in the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the percentage of NPQ in the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The difference of NPQ percentage between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The F-wave conduction of ulna nerve and median nerve in the experimental group was faster than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the F-wave conduction of ulna nerve and median nerve in the control group was faster than that before treatment, respectively. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in F-wave conduction velocity between ulna nerve and median nerve before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group within 3 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Warming acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively reduce the percentage of NPQ in patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of wind-cold arthralgia syndrome.Warm acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture alone.2.Warm acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have clinical effect in the treatment of nerve root cervical vertebrae with wind-cold arthralgia syndrome, and the curative effect of warming acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture alone.3.Both warm acupuncture combined with Wenliu and conventional acupuncture can restore the F-wave conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve in patients with cervical radiculopathy of wind-cold syndrome, and the two have the same effect on the f-wave conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve.4.The recurrence rate within 3 months in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy caused by wind-cold syndrome was lower than that of conventional acupuncture combined with wenliu acupoint and conventional acupuncture.
