Study On TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Application Of Recipe In Gastric Cancer Surgery Based On Literature

Objective Collected and collated relevant literatures on TCM syndrome types and TCM prescriptions for gastric cancer after nearly 10 years,and conducted data analysis to explore the TCM syndrome differentiation and application of gastric cancer after surgery,and explore its regularity for TCM clinical operation after gastric cancer surgery.Provide reference for medical treatment.Methods In the past 10 years,the Chinese Journal of Full-text Database was used to analyze the syndrome differentiation and prescription of Chinese medicine for gastric cancer,and to establish the syndrome and formula database for postoperative gastric cancer surgery analyzed.Result In this paper,the statistics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer after treatment in the past 10 years,a total of 9 syndromes,with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type,liver and stomach disharmony,stomach yin deficiency type,phlegm and blood stasis type,qi and blood deficiency type Main.Among the prescriptions for the treatment of gastric cancer,178 traditional Chinese medicines are involved,among which the top 10 frequencies of high frequency medications are licorice,wolfberry,atractylodes,Codonopsis,tangerine peel,Astragalus,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Pinellia ternata,Angelica sinensis,Hedyotis diffusa.In the postoperative treatment of gastric cancer,the results of four gas statistics were 468 times of warm drugs,327 times of flat drugs,272 times of cold drugs,46 times of cold drugs,and 22 times of heat drugs.The commonly used drugs for the treatment of gastric cancer are mainly warm drugs,followed by flat drugs,followed by cold drugs.In the postoperative treatment of gastric cancer,the results of fiveflavors were used.A total of 719 sweeteners,516 bitter drugs,390 times of pungent,65 times of sour drugs,22 times of salty drugs and 19 times of astringent drugs were used.The five-flavor statistics are more common with sweet,bitter and pungent drugs.The results of the “return to the classics” of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for gastric cancer after treatment of gastric cancer,777 times belonged to the spleen,515 times belonged to the stomach,487 times belonged to the lung,377 times belonged to the liver,340 times belonged to the heart,belonging to There were 235 times of kidney meridians,108 times of large intestines,91 times of biliary tracts,47 times of small intestines,27 times of three-joules,26 times of bladder,and 16 times of pericardial.According to the statistics of the classics,the drugs used in the spleen and stomach,and the lungs,liver and heart are more common.After the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of high-frequency drug combination and common drug combination can be found that the common drug combination is Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes Rhizome,Poria and Licorice,which is composed of Sijunzi Decoction and5 new combinations.Conclusion Through the summary of TCM syndrome differentiation and prescription application of traditional Chinese medicine for gastric cancer after nearly 10 years of treatment,the following conclusions of TCM treatment of gastric cancer were obtained:(1)A total of 72 articles were collected through data statistics,and the cases were summarized through reading the literature.In 118 cases,9 syndromes of TCM syndrome differentiation were obtained.The spleen and stomach qi deficiency type,liver and stomach disharmony type,stomach yin deficiency type,phlegm and blood stasis type,and qi and blood deficiency type were the main types.(2)Based on the frequency analysis of high-frequency medication,four gas,five flavors,drug return to the conclusion that Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer after the rule of medication to support positive,supplemented by evil spirits,Fuzheng spleen and qi drugs are the most common,evil The medicine is more common in removing phlegm,clearing away heat and detoxifying,and promoting blood circulation.Andsummed up the common foundation for the four gentlemen soup.(3)Based on the frequency analysis of high-frequency medication,four gas,five flavors,drug return to the conclusion that Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer after the rule of medication to support positive,supplemented by evil spirits,Fuzheng spleen and qi drugs are the most common,evil The medicine is more common in removing phlegm,clearing away heat and detoxifying,and promoting blood circulation.And summed up the common foundation for the four gentlemen soup.
