Aim:by collecting the basic data of the patients, the analysis of the perioperative period data and the pathological specimen information,to compare the perioperative period safety and the oncological prognosis in complete mesocolic resection of laparoscopic radical right hemi-colectomy and the open surgery.Discuss the possibly reasons. Methods:the sample is from the patients who accept radical right hemi-colectomy(complete mesocolic resection)in Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University school of medicine, from January 1,to December 31,2014.After the including and excluding condition choosing,we finally get 102 laparoscopic cases and 116 open cases. The patients' basic information, perioperative period data and the pathological specimen information was collected and analyzed to get the conclusion. And the follow-up of the patients is also done to compare the survival of the patients in two groups. Results:the basic information of the patients, like gender, age and location, shows no statistical discrepancy. The statistical discrepancy are shown in following aspects:length of stay(10.59 days vs.14.13days,p<0.05),average operation time(155.2minutes vs140.1minutes,p=0.0096),volume of bleeding(102.6ml vs.145.9ml,p=0.0037)and the number of lymph nodes(12.17 vs.10.78,p=0.0168)detected.The data of laparoscopic group is better than that of open group in all the aspects above. The follow-up length is comparable in the two groups. The 5-year survival rate is 89.81%in laparoscopic group and 82.22%in open group respectively. Conclusion:complete mesocolic resection of laparoscopic radical right hemi-colectomy is safe technically. The patients can get better post operation recovery and better 5-year survival rate.
