| Under the background of the implementation of "Healthy China" strategy and the deepening of medical reform,the development of public hospitals is facing with new opportunities and challenges.The way to provide high-quality medical services for the implementation of the national health strategy,in the meantime make use of the strategic dividend to enhance their own development level,and open up new space for development in strengthening services and enhancing contributions are new and higher requirements for the new round of development of public hospitals that were put forward.Strategic management,as an important tool for organizational development,was first applied to the management of enterprises,and then gradually extended to some non-profit organizations.The application of strategic management concept in the development planning of public hospitals is of great significance for implementing national policies,responding to the demands of social medical services,helping the healthy development of public hospitals and promoting the improvement of the quality of medical services in public hospitals.Through the application of strategic management tools such as PEST analysis and the Five forces Model and taking J Hospital in Zhenjiang City as the study target,this paper makes concrete analysis on the industry and external macroscopic environment that affect the development of J Hospital based on the Strategic Management Theory of Non-profit Organizations.At the same time,the internal environment of J hospital is analyzed from several aspects,such as medical service,scientific research and teaching and so on.Based on the environmental analysis,the opportunities and challenges,strengths and weaknesses of J hospital are analyzed by SOWT matrix,and the strategic model suitable for J hospital development is explored.Ultimately,the strategy implementation countermeasures of J Hospital are presented from five distinct perspectives,namely developing the advantages of affiliated hospitals,constructing the brand of online hospitals,taking advantages of the role of regional medical consortium core hospital,leading the cultural construction by Party building and strengthening the operation cost management. |
