Study On The Correlation Between Infrared Temperature Of HIV-infected Primordial Acupoints With CD4~+ And HIV Replication

Purpose:AIDS is a kind of immune system infectious disease attacked by HIV virus,which causes the disorder of human immune function,leads to the loss of the body's resistance to various diseases,and eventually causes multiple diseases of the immune system.MSM is becoming one of the important ways of HIV infection.Due to the lack of awareness of the route of HIV transmission among MSM multitude,it is becoming the main factor in the growth of the number of AIDS patients.This study summarized the characteristics of viscera and meridians changes in specific diseases by using infrared thermal imaging technology in previous studies,and compared the infrared temperature changes of Twelve Yuan Points in distal extremities of HIV-infected persons in MSM multitude.To explore the specificity of the original acupoints in reflecting AIDS diseases,and to provide experimental evidence for the dialectics of viscera and meridians of AIDS.Aiming at the internal relationship between the acupoint sensitization characteristics of Twelve Yuan acupoints and related biomedical indicators(CD4+ and HIV replication),the internal correlation between infrared temperature changes of Twelve Yuan acupoints and AIDS was discussed.Discusses the scientificity of the theory of Twelve Yuan Points in guiding clinical application.Material and method: Disease group: The participants entrusted NGO organization(Shenyang Aid Social Work Service Center)to collect participants in advance.42 AIDS patients were selected from the MSM population who were detected and diagnosed one year before the start of the experiment(starting on May 1,2017).The basic information of the subjects(HIV viral load,CD4+ T lymphocyte count)was collected one by one by the experimenters on the premise of guaranteeing the privacy of the subjects.The subjects were divided into treatment group and non-treatment group according to whether they had received AIDS blocking drugs.There were 25 cases in the treatment group,with an average age of 36±15.1,and 17 cases in the untreated group,with an average age of 35±17.8.Diagnostic criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of AIDS stage issued by the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018 and the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS in China issued by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control;Inclusion criteria: 1.Males in MSM population;2.Age(>18 years old,<60 years old);3.Complying with the diagnostic criteria for HIV infection in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS in China(2018 edition);4.No fever,skin infection;5.with clear will,volunteer to participate in clinical trials,and sign the informed consent;6.No participants in other clinical trials at the same time.Exclusion criteria: 1.Female;2.Age under 18 or over 60 years old;3.Patients with serious primary diseases and psychiatric disorders such as cardiovascular,cerebrovascular,pulmonary,renal,hematopoietic systems;4.Ununderstandable and compliance with test instructions caused by drug poisoning,alcoholism or other factors;and 5.Incomplete clinical data.After excluding the missing subjects,the income of the final treatment group was 20,and that of the untreated group was 14.Healthy control group: 25 healthy volunteers were selected and HIV infection was excluded in routine physical examination.Inclusion criteria: 1.Exclude those who suffer from diseases at the present stage;2.Male aged 18-60 years;3.No fever or skin infection.Subject Rights and Interests Protection: Every participant in the study asked for a clear and signed Informed Consent.Infrared thermal imaging shooting method: ATIR-M301 medical infrared thermal imager(provided by Acupuncture and Massage College of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine).Keep the test environment at 25 C and 30% humidity,and close doors and windows(to prevent air convection from affecting indoor temperature).The subjects were undressed and rested for 15 minutes.Stand up,facing the camera,with both upper limbs abducted 30-45 degrees,palms forward,five fingers straight,take a front upper body figure 1;turn back to the camera,take a back half body figure;legs naturally separated,shoulder width,left foot extended to the left side,right foot forward,take a picture of the left inner side of the lower body figure 1;turn,right foot extended to the right side,left foot forward,take a picture of the right inner side of the lower body.Infrared temperature detection method of meridian acupoints: referring to normal human body morphology,the infrared measurement area of body surface is set up,and the location of original acupoints of twelve meridians on both sides is covered as the principle.The location of original acupoints is confirmed according to the relevant positioning standards in "Acupoint Name and Location"(GB/T12346-2006)and the meridian acupoint map in the standard scheme of meridian acupoints promulgated by the Standard Metrology The original acupoint point temperature was measured by the computer analysis software of the experimental instrument.The temperature width was set to 12.8 in the infrared imaging analysis system.Under the automatic working condition,the infrared temperature of the bilateral temperature measuring points and the left and right axillary body surface was measured by the point temperature measuring method,and the relative temperature of each temperature measuring point was calculated(=acupoint temperature/ipsilateral axillary temperature).By comparing the relative temperature of twelve original acupoints with that of the same name,the change rule of infrared temperature on the body surface of twelve original acupoints of AIDS patients was explored.By studying the correlation between infrared temperature of twelve original acupoints and CD4+ count and HIV viral load,the scientificity of reflecting disease effect by infrared temperature on the body surface of twelve original acupoints of AIDS patients was explored,which provided experimental basis for demonstrating the scientificity of acupuncture theory related to TWEL According to.Results: 1.The relative infrared temperature of left Jinggu acupoint and bilateral Taixi acupoint in the untreated group was lower than that in the healthy control group(P <0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the healthy control group and the treatment group(P > 0.05).Anterior and posterior Yin is the main way of virus invasion in MSM population,and also the main part of virus accumulation.In terms of the special relationship between the original acupoint and the twelve meridians and the five-load six-fu organs,this research phenomenon can be explained by the meridian theory of the foot-sun meridian and the viscera theory of the traditional Chinese medicine that the kidney enlightens the two Yin before and after.2.The relative infrared temperature of Taibai acupoints on both sides of the treatment group was higher than that of the untreated group,with paired test,P < 0.05;there was no statistical difference among the other acupoints(P > 0.05).Low immune system function is one of the main causes of pathological changes in HIV-infected patients.Immune function will be improved significantly after antiviral treatment.The temperature of the original point of the spleen meridian obviously increased after antiviral treatment,which is consistent with the current research results on the function of the spleen of traditional Chinese medicine and human immune function.3.Analysis of correlation between relative infrared temperature of original point and CD4+T lymphocyte content in serum in illness groupThe relative infrared temperature of left Hegu and bilateral Yangchi acupoints was positively correlated with the content of CD4+ T lymphocyte in serum.The correlation coefficient was significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in other acupoints(P > 0.05).CD4+ T lymphocyte content is an important index for judging immune function in the diagnosis and treatment of HIV-infected patients.The positive correlation between infrared temperature of Yangchi Point and CD4+T lymphocyte content has been found to prove the scientificity of triple energies as a channel for human vital energy.The positive correlation between infrared temperature of Hegu Point and CD4+T lymphocyte content has been found to be consistent with the research results of improving immunity by needling Hegu Point.4.Analysis of correlation between relative infrared temperature of 12 original points and replication of HIV virus in serumIn illness group,the relative infrared temperature of left Shenmen and right Hegu acupoints was negatively correlated with the replication of HIV in serum(P < 0.05),while there was no statistical difference between the other acupoints and the replication of HIV in serum(P > 0.05).The findings suggest that it is necessary and scientific to apply the theory of Twelve Origin Points to explore the diversity of human pathological changes after HIV infection.Conclusion: 1.Infrared temperature of bladder meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian original points(Jinggu,Taixi,Taibai)in 12 original points of AIDS patients in MSM population has the effect of reflecting disease.The combined effect of multiple original points related to viscera meridians and collaterals conforms to the law of HIV infection.It embodies the scientificity of the twelve original acupoints reflecting the disease effect and related theories.2.Twelve original acupoints belonging to different zang-fu meridians and collaterals,the difference of quantitative correlation between infrared temperature changes and CD4 T lymphocyte and HIV reflects the scientificity of the theory of "twelve origins have their own origins" and the advancement of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine.3.It is feasible to use Twelve Origin Points to guide the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to intervene in the diagnosis and treatment of HIV-infected patients.
