Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stagnated Heat Of Liver And Stomach In Non-erosive Reflux Disease With Shugan Qingwei Jiangni Method

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and security of stagnated heat of liver and stomach in non-erosive reflux disease with Shugan Qingwei Jiangni method.Methods:60patients who were in accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlled group. Each group has30cases. In the controlled group patients were treated with rabeprazole and in the treatment group patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in order to Shugan Qingwei Jiangni combined with rabeprazole. Eight weeks being a course of treatment. To observe and record the main symptom and secondary symptom of each group preceding and after treatment by filling questionnaire survey, then make curative effect. Active follow-up twelve weeks after the end of treatment course, accord symptom and relapses. All of the date were statistical analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software.Results:The baseline date of two groups such as sex and age before treatment had no significant differences by statistical processing, they were very comparable.①The effect on symptom improvement:The effective rate of main symptom integral improvement showed statistical difference(P<0.05)by chi-square test, which in treatment group(96.7%)was higher than that in the controlled group(70.0%), it also showed statistical difference(P<0.01)in patients who were combined with bile reflux gastritis, which in treatment group was higher than that in cotrolled group. The effective rate of main individual symptom reflux showed statistical difference(P<0.05), which in treatment group was higher than that in the controlled group. The effective rate of syndrome improvement showed statistical difference(P<0.05), which in treatment group(93.1%)was higher than that in the controlled group(71.4%).②Anti-recurrence action:Active follow-up twelve weeks after the end of treatment course, The recurrence rate showed statistical difference(P<0.05)by chi-square test, which in treatment group(6.7%)was lower than that in the controlled group(26.7%), it also showed statistical difference(P<0.05)in patients who were combined with bile reflux gastritis, which in treatment group was lower than that in cotrolled group.Conclusion:Shugan Qingwei Jiangni method combined with rabeprazole was able to significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with non-erosive reflux disease. It also showed significant curative effect and low recurrence rate in patients who were combined with bile reflux gastritis. It has wide application prospects.
