| Objective:The purpose of this study is to use statistical methods to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of "Xueniaojing" in the treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis(spleen kidney qi deficiency type)with hematuria as the main clinical manifestation,so as to provide evidence of safety and effectiveness for further clinical application.Methods:On the basis of using conventional modern medical treatment,this study takes "Xueniaojing" as the treatment group and nephritis rehabilitation tablet as the control group and the patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into groups,and their relevant clinical indicators were systematically observed and recorded,and the results were analyzed with spass22.0 software.Results:1.Total effective rate:1.The total effective rate was 54.3%in the treatment group and 40.0%in the control group after 4 weeks of systematic medication.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the control group was only 66.7%,while the treatment group was as high as 96.7%.2.Clinical effect:after 8 weeks of systematic treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Before treatment:the number of red blood cells in the treatment group was 29.37±2.40(RBCS/HP),while that in the control group was 29.13±2.11(RBCS/HP).4Weeks after treatment:The number of red blood cells in urine sediment microscopy in the treatment group was 14.17±2.65(RBCS/HP),while that in the control group was 13.63±3.02(RBCS/HP).After 8weeks of treatment,the number of red blood cells in the treatment group was 2.87±1.33(RBCS/HP);the number of red blood cells in the control group was 5.07±2.43(RBCS/HP)Before treatment,the number of red blood cells in urine sediment microscopy between the treatment group and the control group was tested by independent sample t test(df=15)=1.159,※P=0.264>0.05,showing no significant difference,and the two groups were comparable.Before and after treatment(4 weeks),ti(df=29)=20.532,P1<0.05.Control group:#t1=20.136,#P1<0.05,indicating that the number of red blood cells per visual field in urine sediment microscopy of patients in the treatment group and the control group was significantly reduced before and after treatment.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group:*ti(df=29)=0.132,*P1>0.05,The results showed that the number of red blood cells per visual field in the treatment group and the control group did not have statistical significance.Comparison before and after treatment(8 weeks):control group:#t2=38.281,#P2<0.05;In the treatment group,t2(df=29)=56.483 and P2<0.05,indicating that the number of red blood cells in each visual field in urine sediment microscopy after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group:*t2(df=29)=-5.142,*P2<0.05,indicating that the number of red blood cells in each field of urine sediment microscopy between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)levels of all enrolled patients were in the normal range before and after treatment.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the above results,compared with the control group with nephritis rehabilitation tablets,the experimental group’s prescription "Xueniaojing" can significantly improve the discomfort symptoms of patients with chronic nephritis and effectively reduce the number of red blood cells in urine sediment,which is worthy of further clinical application. |
