| OBJECTIVETo learn the status and related influencing factors of social support,emotional state,quality of life in patients with pemphigus or bullous pemphigoid,and to analyze the correlation among them,so as to provide theoretical support for the construction of targeted clinical nursing intervention strategy.METHODSQuantitative and qualitative research methods were applied in this study.Questionnaire investigation was used to investigate the status,influencing factors,and association of social support,emotional state and quality of life in patients with pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid.108 patients with Pemphigus or bullous pemphigoid as research objects were collected by convenient sampling method.Patients’ general information questionnaire,social support rating scale(SSRS),positive and negative emotion scale(PANAS),and Chinese version of the autoimmune bullous disease quality of life questionnaire(ABQOL)were used for questionnaire surveys.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis.14 cases of all patients were selected,and a face-to-face interview were conducted.The Colaizzi-7 step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data,and conclude the theme.RESULTS1 Quantitative study1.1 The total average score of social support in pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid patients was(30.55±7.03),affected by patients’ educational level,marital status,family month-income and age and the presence or absence of associated disease.1.2 The average score of positive emotion in pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid patients was(26.71 ±5.96),and the average score of negative emotion was(25.38±5.61).The positive emotion of the patients had a significant difference on the level of education,marital status,monthly family month-income and age(p<0.001).1.3 The average score of quality of life in pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid patients was(19.24±5.85).The influence of education level and monthly family income on quality of life of pemphigus and pemphigoid patients were statistically significant(p<0.01).1.4 Pearson correlation analysis:Social support was positively correlated with positive emotions(r=0.589,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with negative emotions(r=-0.251,P<0.01).Quality of life was negatively correlated with positive emotions(r=-0.417,P<0.001),and positively correlated with negative emotions(r=0.641,P<0.001).Quality of life was negatively correlated with Utilization of support(r=-0.355,P<0.001).1.5 Multiple regression analysis:subjective support and negative emotion have a positive predictive effect on quality of life,while positive emotion has a negative predictive effect.2 Qualitative study14 patients,met the inclusion criteria,were interviewed about their quality of life.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method.4 subjects were obtained:(?)Disease Burden;(?)social limitations;(?)comfortable change;(?)lack of knowledge.CONCLUSION1.The social support and the emotional state of pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid patients need to be improved further,among them,the social support and positive emotional level of patients with low educational background,low income,widowed spouse and aged>64 years old is significantly lower.2.Pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid patients have a poor quality of life.Both quantitative and qualitative results indicate that patients’ quality of life needs to be further improved.3.Social support,positive emotions and negative emotions have a good predictive effect on the quality of life in pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid patients. |
