Objective: Allergic rhinitis(AR),is a common allergic disease in Department of ENT.Its distribution is widespread and its incidence rate is increasing year by year.,which causes serious trouble for people's learning, working and life.Allergic rhinitis is a non infectious nasal inflammatory disease mediated by specific Ig E,and usually caused by dust mite, pollen, fungi and animal fur. When the specific antigen enters the human body,it will turn human body into a sensitized state. When the human body contacts the antigen again, the antigen will stimulate mast cells and basophils, which will release specific inflammatory mediators, thus regulating the synthesis of Ig E.The incidence rate of AR is about 10 to 25%.Currently,the treatment of AR is mainly based on anti allergy drugs.Rational use of drugs and lifestyle changes can control symptoms for a long time. The pathogenesis is complex.Further research is needed to obtain new prevention and treatment measures.BCR signal transduction begins with the recognition of antigens by Mi Gs,and with the cooperation of T cells and their related cytokines,B cells are induced to proliferate and activate, which leads to BCR polymerization and the production of sensitized Ig E antibodies. The Tyr residues of the immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif(ITAM)of the Ig ? / Ig ? immune receptor are activated by SCR family kinases like Lyn and Fyn,so that Syk kinase is activated, which promotes the phosphorylation and activation of Ig ? / Ig ?,and then triggers the downstream cascade reaction. The development of B cells from pre B cell stage to plasma cell stage can express a specific cell surface molecule CD19.At the same time of BCR connection,Lyn can phosphorylate CD19 cytoplasmic regions at multiple Tyr sites, providing SH2 domain binding sites of p85 subunits of PI3 K,VAV and Lyn.To activate the downstream signal path.In this study,BCAP,Lyn and Syk were measured in peripheral blood of AR patients. Objective to explore the role of BCAP,Lyn and Syk in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis, and to provide new ideas for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,42 patients with AR were selected as AR group.12 healthy persons without AR and other related allergic diseases were randomly selected as the control group.5ml of fasting venous blood was collected in the morning for experimental detection. After 2 hours at room temperature(20-28 ?),the supernatant was centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes. The levels of BCAP,Lyn and Syk were detected by ELISA.When comparing the two groups,spss20.0 statistical software was used for statistical data. There was no significant difference in age and gender between AR group and healthy control group. All the data were in accordance with the normal distribution and the homogeneity test of variance. The counting data is expressed in the form of(x ± s).Two groups of data were compared by independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation analysis. When p ? 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Take ? = 0.05 as the test standard. Results:Compared with the control group, the levels of BCAP,Lyn and Syk in the serum of AR patients were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The levels of BCAP,Lyn and Syk in the serum of AR patients were positively correlated.(r=0.415,P<0.05)Conclusion: It is suggested that the occurrence and development of BCAP,Lyn,Syk and Ar are closely related, and they may be regulated by the same signal pathway. The results can provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of AR.
