Objective: To investigate the objective indexes of different types of phlegm blood stasis syndrome of angina pectoris, to provide the basis for its dialectical therapy.Methods : 200 patients with angina pectoris were collected as research object, according to TCM syndrome dialectical type,they were divided into non phlegm blood stasis group and phlegm blood stasis group. Phlegm blood stasis group were further divided into phlegm group, blood stasis syndrome, phlegm blood stasis group. In addition, 50 persons who were done health examination were selected into control group during the same period.The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL), insulin(FINS), insulin sensitivity index(ISI), fasting blood glucose(FBG), inflammatory factor, C reactive protein( CRP),( FIB) rinogen FIB, tumor necrosis factor –α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), coronary artery lesions were compared between two groups.Results: The serum TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, CRP, FIB, TNT- alpha, IL-6 level in non phlegm blood stasis group, phlegm blood stasis group was significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P < 0.05),the HDL-C, ISI were significantly lower than those in healthy control group( P < 0.05), the serum TC, TG LDL-C, FINS, CRP, FIB,TNT- alpha, IL-6 levels in phlegm blood stasis group were significantly higher than those in non phlegm blood stasis group(P < 0.05), the HDL-C, ISI were significantly lower than those in non phlegm blood stasis group(P < 0.05).the TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, CRP, FIB, TNT- alpha, IL-6 level gradually increased according to phlegm syndrome, phlegm blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05), the HDL-C, ISI gradually reduced according to phlegm syndrome, phlegm blood stasis syndrome, blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05). the coronary artery disease were mainly single branch lesion among the patients with non phlegm blood stasis syndrome, the coronary artery disease were mainly single vessel proportion number among patients with phlegm syndrome, followed by patients with phlegm blood stasis syndrome, the coronary artery disease were mainly three lesions among patients with blood stasis syndrome, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). the coronarystenosis were more mild among patients with non phlegm blood stasis syndrome, plaque formation ratio was lower than that among patients with phlegm syndrome, phlegm blood stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome; phlegm syndrome was mostly mild, followed phlegm blood stasis syndrome, the proportion of blood stasis block was significantly higher than that among patients with phlegm syndrome and phlegm blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The phlegm blood stasis syndrome is the main type of angina pectoris syndrome,the serum TC, TG, LDL, FINS, CRP levels and severity of coronary lesions among patients with the syndrome type were significantly higher than those in healthy control group and non phlegm blood stasis group, the HDL-C, ISI were significantly lower than those in healthy control group and non phlegm blood stasis group, which descrip that TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP, FINS levels and the severity of coronary lesions can provide an objective basis for angina pectoris phlegm syndrome differentiation, and provide a new way for dialectical,objective standard treatment in patients with angina pectoris...
