Research On Academic Experience Of Professor Cai Shengchao On Motor Aphasia After Stroke Based On Data Mining Technology

Purpose:Summary and analysis of Professor Cai Shengchao's acupuncture point selection and prescription characteristics in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke,in order to summarize Professor Cai's academic experience in the treatment of this disease,and provide some reference and ideas for clinical practice.Methods:With the help of medical records cloud platform data mining technology and Gephi software,an electronic case database is established,acupoint prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are analyzed by means of frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis,and core prescriptions are found by complex network analysis.based on this,Professor Cai's characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke are excavated.Results:1.Basic information: this study collected the medical records of 246 patients with motor aphasia after stroke,including 133 males(54%)and 113 females(46%).Among them,94% were over 40 years old and 63% were over 50 years old.The medical records of patients with 5 syndrome types were included: liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome(78cases),qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(73 cases),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(64 cases),wind-phlegm disturbance syndrome(23 cases)and yin deficiency wind movement syndrome(8 cases).2.Rule of acupoint selection: the top ten acupoints used frequently are Fengfu,Fengchi,Lianquan,Tip of tongue,Chengzhu,Yongquan,Lao Gong,Jinjin Yuye,Zusanli and Blood Sea.Through the analysis of the association rules of acupoints,it is found that the acupoints that often appear at the same time are: Yongquan and Lao Gong,Yumen andthe tip of tongue,Fengchi,Fengfu and the tip of tongue,Fengchi,Fengfu and Chengzhi,Fengchi,Fengfu and Jinjin jade liquid,Fengchi,Fengfu,Chengzhu and Zusanli,Fengchi,Fengfu,Chengzhu and Zhongwan,etc.Syndrome differentiation and treatment,acupoints selected with syndrome,the results of the association rules of syndrome and acupoints showed that the syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang(Datun,Taichong,Sanyinjiao,Chengzhi,tip of tongue,labor palace,Yongquan),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(Fenglong,Jinjin jade liquid,Zhongwan,blood sea,labor palace,tip of tongue),qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(qi sea,Guanyuan,Zhongwan,blood sea,Zusanli,Jinjiyu liquid).Core prescription acupoint composition: Fengchi,Fengfu,Chengzhi,Lianquan,tongue tip,Jinjin and Yuye,Yongquan,Lao Gong,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Taichong,Zhongwan,Zusanli,Xue Hai.3.The rule of medication: in the distribution of the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine,the medication is mainly warm,flat and slightly cold.Among the five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,pungent,bitter,sweet and salty are the most widely used.In the part of meridians of traditional Chinese medicine,most of them belong to visceral meridians and few belong to fu meridians,and it is found that they belong to lung meridians,liver meridians,heart meridians and spleen meridians.In terms of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the top 10 is to dispel dampness and appetizer,to remove phlegm,to awaken the mind and improve wisdom,to clear away heat and detoxification,to dispel phlegm,to calm the mind and wisdom,to communicate the heart and kidney,to clear heat and detumescence,to awaken the mind,to clear heat and relieve pain.It is found that the commonly used medicines are oyster-keel,white peony-keel,white peony-turmeric,Chinese wolfberry-turtle plate,keel-wolfberry,tortoise plate-Yi Zhiren,Chinese wolfberry-Yizhiren,Pinellia ternata-tangerine peel,Dannanxing-Jiang Zhu Ru,Pinellia ternata-Dannanxing.Through complex network analysis,the core prescription drugs were obtained: Acorus calamus,Polygala angustifolia,borneol,Dannanxing,tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,licorice,Yizhiren,Chinese wolfberry,white peony,Ophiopogon,ground dragon,scorpion.It was found that the core prescription was basically consistent with Professor Cai's clinical Kaiqiao Jieyu decoction.Through the analysis of point-to-point information,the top 7 traditional Chinese medicines among the five syndrome types were obtained,which were added or subtracted with the syndrome.Research conclusion:Based on the summary of data mining technology,it is found that Professor Cai Shengchao believes that post-stroke motor aphasia takes phlegm blocking collaterals,qi stagnation and blood stasis as the standard,kidney essence deficiency as the basis,paying attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,taking tonifying kidney,removing phlegm and blood stasis as the main method,Kaiqiao Jieyu decoction as the core empirical prescription,adding and subtracting traditional Chinese medicine with syndrome,using medicine pair skillfully,and like to use Sou,drill through and dispel evil worms to enhance the curative effect.Acupuncture treatment pays attention to opening the orifices and awakening the mind,regulating the spleen and kidney,and the nearby acupoints are mostly located near the head and tongue.Distant syndrome differentiation,meridian differentiation of acupoints,re-use Ren du second pulse and foot Shaoyin kidney meridian,like to use meridian outside strange acupoints.
