Effect Of Moxibustion With Furnace Type Apparatus Combined With Chinese Herbal Fumigation On Wound Healing Of Damp Type High Complex Anal Fistula

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of moxibustion with furnace type apparatus combined with Chinese herbal fumigation on wound healing of patients with damp type high complex anal fistula,so as to provide a scientific basis for the intervention of furnace type apparatus combined with Chinese herbal fumigation to the wound after damp type high complex anal fistula.Methods98 patients who were diagnosed by the anorectal department of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional chinese medicine from october 2018 to october 2019 were divided into control group and trial group by random digital table method.The other intervention measures of the two groups were the same,the second day after operation,the control group use Chinese herbal fumigation before the daily change of medicine,the test group on the basis of the control group,after the daily afternoon fumigation to the patients with a moxibustion with furnace type apparatus,once a day,the intervention time is the second day after the operation to the patient out of hospital.Assessment and documentation pain score,wound granulation tissue growth,tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),interleukin-6(IL-6)content,wound exudation,wound healing rate,wound healing time,overall efficacy in the two groups,and the safety of traditional chinese herbal fumigation and stove-type fumigation moxa was evaluated.Results(1)The degree of wound pain: there was no statistical difference in the pain score on the second day after operation between the two groups(P >0.05).On the 7th and 10 th days after operation,the pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).(2)Growth of wound granulation tissue: on the 7th and 10 th day after operation,the growth of granulation tissue in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P <0.05).(3)TNF-??IL-6 content in wound exudate: on the 2nd day after operation,there was no statistical difference in TNF-??IL-6 content between the two groups(P >0.05).On the7 th and 10 th day after operation,the TNF-??IL-6 content of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)Wound exudate volume: on the 2nd day after operation,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).On the 7th and 10 th day after operation,the wound exudate volume in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).(5)Wound healing rate: on the 21 st and 28 th day after operation,the wound healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P <0.05).(6)Wound healing time: the wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference(P <0.05).(7)Overall efficacy: on the 28 th day after operation,the overall curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there were statistical differences(P <0.05).(8)In the safety aspect: the moxibustion with furnace type apparatus and the traditional Chinese herbal fumigation wash did not have the adverse reaction.Conclusion(1)Moxibustion with furnace type apparatus combined with Chinese herbal fumigation can reduce the postoperative pain of damp type high complex anal fistula and increase the growth quality of granulation tissue.(2)From the data of the detection time point,moxibustion with furnace type apparatus combined with Chinese herbal fumigation can accelerate the inflammatory factor TNF-?,IL-6 decline speed,reduce the wound exudation,shorten the time required for the inflammation period,and promote wound repair.(3)Moxibustion with furnace type apparatus combined with Chinese herbal fumigation can promote wound healing,which can significantly shorten wound healing time.(4)It can be inferred from the results of this study that moxibustion with furnace type apparatus and Chinese herbal fumigation are safe in the treatment of postoperative wounds with high complex anal fistula.
