| Objective This study is based on clinical observations,to study the effect of Nourishing Yin,supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation recipe on the improvement of primary Sjogren’s syndrome patients’ illnesss condition,quality of life and anxiety and depression,so as to provide effective basis for clinical treatment of primary Sjogren’s syndrome with anxiety and depression.Methods According to the principle of randomization and control,all the patients were divided into 34 in Chinese-Western Medicine Group and 37 in Western Medicine Group.The Western medicine group was given 0.2 g hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets orally twice a day,and the Chinese-Western medicine group was given the therapy of nourishing Yin,supplementing Qi and promoting blood circulation on this basis.After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of total effective rate and curative effect index from SF-36 health survey,Symptoms of Arthralgia Syndrome,Self-rating depression scale,Self-rating anxiety scale,SS activity index in the two groups were compared.Results1.The total effective rate(91.2%)of the Chinese and Western Medicine Group was higher than that of the Western medicine group(81.4%)with a significant difference(p<0.05).2.In the scores of TCM symptom,SAS,SDS and ESSDAI,the improvement of Chinese and Western Medicine group were significantly better than those of Western Medicine group(p<0.05).3.In SF-36 scores,the two groups had good curative effect after treatment,among which the scores of physiological functioning and bodily pain were improved equally,in the scores of role physical,general health,vitality,social functioning,role emotional and mental health,the improvement of Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly better than those of Western Medicine group(p<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on TCM syndrome of patients with Qi-yin deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome combined with anxiety and depression state in Sjogren’s syndrome.It can obviously improve the scores of TCM symptom,activity index,depression and anxiety index and quality of life,and has clinical significance. |
