Clinical Observation Of Liangxue Shengfa Decoction Combined With 640nm Red Light In Treating Alopecia Areata With Blood Heat And Wind-drying Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Shengfa Decoction combined with 640 nm red light on alopecia areata of blood heat and wind-drying syndrome.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria,were diagnosed as alopecia areata by western medicine and diagnosed as blood heat and wind-drying syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Chinese medicine Liangxue Shengfa Decoction;30 cases in the control group were treated with oral Jingwu capsule and Zhibai Dihuang pill,and both groups were treated with 640 nm red light irradiation and external spray of compound siadan Shengfa tincture.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.After the end of the treatment process,the curative effect of the disease will be evaluated before treatment,at the end of 4 weeks,at the end of 8 weeks and at the end of 12 weeks,and the scores of skin lesions before and after treatment will be recorded and compared to determine the clinical effect.Before and after treatment,the treatment group and the control group were given Zung Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)scores to evaluate the mental health of patients.Results: After treatment,15 patients in the treatment group were cured,8 patients were significantly effective,4 patients were effective,and 3 patients were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 90%;At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,6 patients in the control group were cured,12 patients were significantly effective,6 patients were effective,and8 patients were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 73.33%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The SDS score showed that both the treatment group and the control group improved the mental health of patients(P< 0.05);The correlation between the SDS score and the skin lesion score of the two groups before and after treatment was analyzed.Both were positively correlated(r=0.151 before treatment,r=0.055 after treatment).Conclusion: Liangxue Shengfa Decoction combined with 640 nm red light treatment can effectively improve the skin lesions and mental health of patients with alopecia areata due to blood heat and wind-drying syndrome.
