The Clinical Efficacy Of Qingliang Shengfa Tang Treating Alopecia Areata With Blood Hot Air Dryness Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingliang Shengfa Tang treating alopecia areata with blood hot air dryness syndrome.Methods:60 patients with alopecia areata,which are belong to blood hot air dryness syndrome,were chosen as research subjects.According to the principle of randomized comparion,we divided the 60 patients into two groups.With 4 weeks as a cycle of the treatments,3 courses of the treatments were given.The two groups in age,gender,disease duration and so on thus possessing comparability.30 cases in the treatment group were treated by Qingliang Shengfa (150ml each time and two times a day).30 cases in the control group were treated by Compound Glycyrrhizin(2 tablets each time and three times a day). In the end of the treatment,observe two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement, the statistical treatment.Results:After treatment of 12 weeks, the treatment group (Qingliang Shengfa Tang) on the cure rate was 23%(7 cases)and the total effective rate was 86.67%; the control group (Compound Glycyrrhizin) on the cure rate was 10%(3cases) and the total effective rate was 63.33%. Statistical analysis of clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly different (χ2 = 4.356,P= 0.0369<0.05).Conclusion:1. Qingliang Shengfa Tang treated alopecia areata has significant rapid clinical effect.2. Qingliang Shengfa Tang prescription for the treatment of alopecia areata is better than the Compound Glycyrrhizin.
