Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Intradermal Needle Combined With Yangsheng Pills And Shengfa Tincture For Alopecia Areata

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the combination of Intradermal Needle and Yangsheng Pills and Shengfa Tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata with dermatoscope,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of alopecia areata patients.Methods:Sixty-two patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in the treatment group were treated with Yangsheng Pills orally in conjunction with external application of Shengfa Tincture and Intradermal NeedleThe 31 patients in the control group were treated with Yangsheng Pills orally in combination with external application of Shengfa Tincture.In the control group,the regimen was oral Yangsheng Pills 2 times/day,5 g each time,and coated with Shengfa Tincture for 2-3 times a day outside the hair loss area,about 3 ml each time.In the treatment group,Intradermal Needle was added on the basis of the control group.If the area of hair loss plaque in the study is larger than 12.56cm2,press Intradermal Needle around the edge of the hair loss area,with a distance of about 1cm each,and apply Shengfa Tincture to the area around the needle(2-3 times/day,about 3ml each time).If the hair loss area in the study is less than 12.56cm2,first apply Shengfa Tincture,then press the Intradermal Needle in the middle of the focus area.The needle can be used repeatedly for many days until it is destroyed or replaced when washing the hair.Before treatment and after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,Severity of alopecia tool(SALT),Lesional are and senstivity(LAD)and Alopecia Areata Progression Index(AAPI)were scored,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated after 12 weeks.Result:After four weeks of treatment,the treatment group could reduce the SALT,LAD,and AAPI scores compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the control group except for the SALT score,the other scores decreased compared to before treatment The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in SALT,LAD,AAPI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the scores of SALT,LAD and AAPI in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those after 4 weeks of treatment,and the differences of LAD and AAPI scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences of AAPI scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of SALT,LAD and AAPI in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those after 8 weeks of treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between LAD and AAPI score groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference between SALT score groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the total effect,the total effective rate of the control group was 29.03%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 67.74%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate was 4.84%.Conclusion:Intradermal Needle combined with Yangsheng Pills and Shengfa Tincture can significantly reduce SALT,LAD,and AAPI scores in patients with alopecia areata,especially in improving single lesion and controlling disease progression.The clinical efficacy is better than the control group,with good safety.
