Study On The Academic Thought And Experience Of Professor Luo Weisheng In The Treatment Of Spleen-stomach Disease And The Law Of Medication Use For Peptic Ulcer

Objective:This study summarized professor Luo Weisheng's academic thought of spleen and stomach disease and the experience of syndrome and treatment of peptic ulcer,and analyzed the prescription medication rule of Luo Weisheng's treatment of peptic ulcer,deepened the understanding of tutor's academic thought,and mastered the traditional chinese medicine thinking mode of diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases.Methods:This paper systematically collates with the tutor's clinical records,published papers,treatises and other heirs' papers summarizing the tutor's clinical experience,and combines the tutor's explanation of the idea of diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the course of study and the author's own perception,referring to the classics of traditional chinese medicine and related academic schools,and summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of spleen-stomach disease treated by teachers.The first part is based on the basic theory and the clinical literature collation research.Professor Luo's spleen-stomach disease etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment of academic theory and clinical experience is systematically discussed.The second part of professor Luo's treatment of peptic ulcer medication law study,including professor Luo's treatment of peptic ulcer medical records63 cases,using statistical software to use the four Qi,five flavors,channel tropism,efficacy statistics,and the use of medication for systematic cluster analysis and "medication-symptom" association rules analysis,summed up the teacher's treatment of peptic ulcer prescription medication characteristics,summed up the teacher's academic thoughts and clinical experience.Results:1.Professor Luo Weisheng's Academic Thought on Spleen-stomach Disease:Professor Luo read a lot of well-known classics,absorbing the strengths of others as well as adding his own understanding,set up “the school of convergence”.Professor Luo believes that the pathogenesis of spleen-stomach disease is based on spleen deficiency;Qi stagnation,blood stasis,cold evil,dampness and heat is his appearance;It's most related to liver(Qi);emotion,diet,living and labor are important factors.Syndrome differentiation should examine the condition in detail,distinguish the viscera,differentiate the deficiency and reality,recognize the cold and heat,discriminate the qi and blood,and combine the syndrome differentiation and the disease differentiation.On the Treatment,we should pay attention to eating and drinking,advocate prevention before illness,use "restoring spleen and stomach lift function" as the outline,follow the physiological and pathological characteristics of spleen and stomach,"keep the zang-organs full and fu-organs unobstructed ","adjust the five viscera and calm the spleen and stomach",treat the initial disease from "Qi ",treat the long illness from "blood ","different treatment methods according to three causes",adopt a treatment method of combination of Chinese and western.For the treatment of peptic ulcer,teachers also pay special attention to the healing quality of ulcer and reducing recurrence.The characteristics of the rule of using medication for treating pepticulcer by Professor Luo Weisheng are as follows:(1)From the view of "syndrome type ",Qi stagnation is the most important pathogenesis element,accounting for 44.4% of all pathogenesis elements.which is also most related to the liver,accounting for 33.3% of all pathogenesis elements.(2)From the point of view of "medication uses",the proportion of tonifying deficiency medicine and regulating qi medicine was the highest,25.80% and 21.51%respectively,followed by dampness medicine and blood circulation medicine,accounting for 10.06% and 9.66% respectively.(3)From the drug "four qi ",the proportion of warm,flat,slightly cold three medications accounted for the highest,accounting for 42.23%,23.61%,19.02%,heat,cool accounted for less,no Greater Cold and Greater Heat medication.(4)From the drug "five flavors ",bitter,Xin,Gan taste ranked the top three,accounting for 33.65%,33.06%,22.10%,respectively.(5)From the distribution of "channel tropism",the spleen meridian was the most,accounting for 25.55%,followed by stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian,accounting for 15.64%,14.96%,13.09% and 10.07% respectively.(6)"Systematic cluster analysis" can obtain a number of medication combinations,such as "Fructus Aurantii and Magnolia chebule","bambusae caulis im taeniam,almond,radix scrophulariae","ginger and Chinese-date","Chinaberry fruit and corydalis tube(Golden bell scattered)","radix bupleuri,radices paeoniae alba,rhizoma cyperi and Angelica sinensis","Codonopsis pilosula,radices saussureae,fructus amomi,Poria cocos,bighead atractylodes rhizome,Pinellia ternata,liquorice,dried tangerine or orange peel(Suansha Six Gentlemen Soup)".(7)Analysis of association rules of "medication-symptom" found that it is closely related between "abdominal distension" and "semen raphani","dry mouth" and "bambusae caulis im taeniam,radix scrophulariae,cape jasmine,cortex moutan radicis"," bitter mouth" and "calcined oyster,raw keel,bambusae caulis im taeniam,cortex moutan radicis,Cape jasmine"," Acid regurgitation,heartburn" and "bambusae caulis im taeniam,ginger,Chinese-date","dried stool" and " radix scrophulariae,bambusae caulis im taeniam","belching" and "ginger,Chinese-date","White greasy tongue coating" and "Stir-fry Hawthorn","Pulse string/slip" and "radix scrophulariae,radix curcumae" etc.Conclusion:Professor Luo has rich experience in diagnosis and treatment and profound theoretical attainments.He read the classics of famous scholars,summed up the various comments,take the strengths of the family,formed a relatively perfect system of spleen and stomach disease differentiation and treatment.Professor Luo's treatment of peptic ulcer close to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease,to tonify deficiency medicine,qi medicine,dehumidification medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,more to Gan Wen Zhi Bu,Xin Kai bitter down,Gan cold Shengjin as the method,from the spleen,stomach,liver meridian treatment.Professor Luo pay attention to invigorating spleen and tonifying deficiency,commonly used "Sijunzi decoction" Peitu Jianzhong.He pay attention to Qi machine unobstructed,each with "Bupleurum Shugan San" to regulate liver and qi.He pay attention to dehumidification and spleen,more use of "Erchen decoction" to regulate qi and dampness.He pay attention to qi and blood harmony,makegood use of "Salvia miltiorrhiza drink" to regulate qi and blood circulation.Through the summary of Professor Luo Weisheng's academic thought of spleen and stomach disease and the analysis of the rule of drug use of peptic ulcer,this study enriches the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases in contemporary famous Chinese medicine,and provides an objective basis for clinical practice.
