| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of tiaozong Huatan mixture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),and to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease from the perspective of "zongqi",so as to provide a new idea and evidence-based basis for the treatment of AECOPD with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: 72 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(lung spleen qi deficiency,phlegm turbid lung syndrome)were divided into treatment group and control group with a ratio of 1:1.The control group was given anti infection,antitussive and antiasthmatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with tiaozong Huatan mixture on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 12 days After treatment,the therapeutic effect,pulmonary function,arterial blood gas,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count,NLR(ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes),finger pulse oxygen,respiratory frequency and safety indexes were evaluated.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tiaozong Huatan mixture.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).In the treatment effect of TCM syndrome total score in different periods,the treatment group was higher than the control group(P < 0.05),The treatment effect was the best on the 12 th day after treatment,followed by that on the 9th day after treatment.In the improvement of the main and minor syndromes of Chinese medicine,the cough,sputum,chest tightness,fatigue,stomach fullness,nausea,food,stool,thin stool,sputum and saliva of the patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no obvious improvement in the two groups after the treatment of four syndromes such as wheezing,shortness of breath,sweating movement,phlegm white or foam like symptoms(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of blood routine examination: in terms of improving the neutrophil count and NLR value of patients,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P < 0.01).The improvement of lymphocyte count was not significant in both groups(P > 0.05).3.Pulmonary function comparison: after treatment,the value of FEV1,FEV1 / FVC and FEV1% in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P< 0.01).4.Arterial blood gas analysis and comparison: in the aspect of improving Pa O2 value,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after treatment(P <0.01),in the aspect of improving Pa CO2 value,the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of breath times and finger pulse oxygen results: in the aspect of improving finger pulse oxygen and breath times,the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).6.Safety index comparison: before and after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the index values were normal.Conclusion:It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest distress,fatigue and fatigue in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of lung spleen qi deficiency and phlegm turbid obstructive pulmonary syndrome,improve the pulmonary function(FEV1 and FEV1 / FVC,FEV1%),Pa O2 value and finger pulse oxygen,and effectively improve the neutrophil count,NLR value,Pa CO2 value The number of breaths had no effect on the safety index.It shows that tiaozong Huatan mixture combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
