Observation On The Change Of Vas Score Of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients With Addition And Subtraction Haitong Leather Decoction

OBJECTIVE:Through clinical observation to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing with addition and subtraction Haitong leather decoction on knee osteoarthritis,and explore the factors that affect the change of VAS score in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120 patients from three outpatient departments of orthopaedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from December 2018 to December 2019.The patients were divided into two groups with random number table method,60 cases in each group.The treatment group:plus or minus Haitongpi decoction fumigation treatment;the control group:treatment with flurbiprofen gel patch outside the painful area.The treatment group and the control group were treated once a day for two weeks.The changes in the VAS score and the WOMAC score table before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were compared to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms in each group of patients.Finally,a summary analysis was conducted to explore the curative effect of addition and subtraction Haitong leather decoction on knee osteoarthritis and the factors affecting the change of VAS score.Results:The VAS score of the treatment group before treatment and the VAS score of the control group before treatment were analyzed by independent sample t test and F=0.004,t=-1.288,P=0.200,P>0.05,it was considered that the treatment group and the control group were comparable.Before treatment,the total score of WOMAC in the control group was analyzed by independent sample t test to find t=0.810,P=0.420,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and considered comparable.After two weeks of treatment for all patients in the treatment group and the control group,the VAS score and WOMAC total score of the treatment group and the control group were different from the previous ones,P<0.01.Both of these treatments are effective.By comparing the difference between the VAS score and the total WOMAC score of the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that the difference between the VAS score and the WOMAC total score of the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group The change of the total score is significantly better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,and the effective rate of the control group is 90.00%.There is a significant difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The group is significantly better than the control group.The chi-square test found that there were significant differences in the distribution of VAS score differences between different age groups before and after treatment in the treatment group(?~2=61.933,P=0<0.05);that is,the difference in the distribution of VAS score differences between treatment groups before and after treatment in different disease courses Significant difference(?~2=35.880,P=0.003<0.05);there is a significant difference in the distribution of VAS score difference before and after treatment in different X-ray treatment groups(?~2=44.462,P=0<0.05),that is,the length of the patient's disease course,Both the age and the severity of the disease affect the changes in VAS scores of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with Jaddition and subtraction Haitong leather decoction,and both affect the treatment results to a certain extent.Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction of Haitongpi fumigation method and flurbiprofen gel patch external application have good effects on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.2.The therapeutic effect of the addition and subtraction of addition and subtraction Haitong leather decoction fumigation and washing method is better than that of flurbiprofen gel patch external control group.3.The addition and subtraction of Haitongpi decoction fumigation method can significantly reduce the VAS score of most patients with knee osteoarthritis,but the effect is poor for patients with X-ray stage?,and the VAS score is basically unchanged.The length,age,and severity of the disease all have an impact on the changes in VAS scores of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with addition and subtraction Haitong leather decoction,and all affect the treatment results to a certain extent.4.Fumigation of medicine with this prescription has obvious therapeutic effect on knee arthritis in the early and middle stages.It is convenient,fast,safe,reliable,and so on.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
