Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing the liver and kidney electroacupuncture and Basic therapy(oral diacerein capsule,,oral glucosamine sulfate capsule)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and to compare the efficacy of nourishing the liver and kidney electroacupuncture and Basic therapy and oral aceclofenac sustained-release tablets and Basic therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,to verify that nourishing the liver and kidney electroacupuncture and Basic therapy is better than oral oral aceclofenac sustained-release tablets and Basic therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:72 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly grouped into a trial group and a control group of 36 each. The two groups were given basic treatment: oral diacerein capsule,2 times a day, after meal,50 mg each time;oral glucosamine sulfate capsule,3times a day,500 mg each time;continuous oral for 14 days.In addition to basic treatment, the experimental group was given nourishing the liver and kidney electroacupuncture therapy, and the control group was given oral aceclofenac sustained-release tablet therapy.VAS pain visual score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index score,Lequene-Mery knee osteoarthritis in the two groups before and after treatment the improvement of the scoring system was evaluated.nourishing the liver and kidney electroacupuncture therapy once a day,10 treatments as a course of treatment,Monday to Friday as a treatment day,two days off on Saturday and Sunday, with a total treatment time of 10 days and one course of treatment;oral aceclofenac therapy is continuous oral 14 days. After 1 month and 3months of follow-up observation, the patients were evaluated for cure, significant effect and effective treatment, and SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis and curative effect evaluation according to the obtained data.Results:1.After baseline comparison, there was no significant difference in sex,age and total time of illness between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Visual VAS pain score before treatment in both groups;pain, stiffness, and the difficulty of daily activities in the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score; The scores of tenderness, swelling and walking ability in Lequene-Mery knee osteoarthritis were comparable(P>0.05).2.After treatment, conduct intra group comparison, the pain visual score of VAS in the two groups;pain, stiffness and the difficulty of daily activities in WOMAC osteoarthritis index score;tenderness, swelling and walking ability in the Lequene-Mery knee osteoarthritis score were compared in different groups at different time periods, after the treatment of VS in the treatment group, after one month follow-up of VS before treatment, three months follow-up of VS before treatment,P value was less than 0.05,which indicated that the difference was statistically significant between 1 month follow-up,3 months follow-up and before treatment in the treatment group;one month follow-up,three months follow-up after treatment of VS in the treatment group; After treatment,one-month follow-up and three-month follow-up,there was no significant difference in the scores of patients with pain, stiffness, difficulty of daily activities, tenderness, swelling and walking ability.Basic therapy was effective in improving pain, stiffness, difficulty of daily activities, tenderness, swelling and walking ability, and the long-term effect was very good. There were significant differences in pain, stiffness, difficulty of daily activities, tenderness, swelling and walking ability after treatment, but there was no significant difference between VS one month follow-up,VS three month follow-up,VS three month follow-up before treatment,VS three month follow-up before treatment,P value was greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference in P value of the patient's pain, stiffness, difficulty of daily activity, tenderness, swelling, improvement of walking ability in one month, three months after treatment and before treatment. There were significant differences in stiffness, difficulty of daily activities, tenderness, swelling and walking ability between one month and three months after treatment.Basic treatment to improve pain, stiffness, daily activity difficulty, tenderness, swelling, walking ability and other aspects of maintenance time is not long,1 month and 3 months of return visit pain, stiffness, daily activity difficulty, tenderness, swelling, walking ability and other aspects of improvement and no difference before treatment, indicating that the control group has a good short-term effect,long-term effect is not good.3.Finally,the visual VAS scores of the two groups were compared after treatment. The WOMAC osteoarthritis index score was compared between groups for pain, stiffness, and the difficulty of daily activities after treatment. The scores of tenderness, swelling and walking ability in lequene-mery knee osteoarthritis were compared between the groups, with P<0.05,indicating significant and statistically significant differences, indicating that the short-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment group and the control group can improve the pain, stiffness, difficulty of daily activities, tenderness, swelling, walking ability and other conditions of patients with knee osteoarthritis. The short-term effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.2.The long-term effect of the treatment group is very good, while the long-term effect of the control group is poor.3.Both of them have good compliance and safety.
