The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation In The Treatment Of Pseudobulbar Palsyand Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy and dysphagia after stroke,and compare it with rehabilitation treatment.To prove the advantage of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide a safe and effective treatment scheme for clinical treatment.Methods: The included seventy patients with pseudobulbar palsy and dysphagia after stroke who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of symptomatic treatment in western medicine,the treatment group was given swallow eight needle combined with swallowing rehabilitation training simultaneously,while the control group was treated with swallowing rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated with once a day,and one day of rest after continuous treatment for 6 days,one course of treatment for one week.The clinical efficacy was calculated after two courses of treatment.The improvement of swallowing function and quality of life of patients were evaluated by using water swallow test,standardized swallowing assessment scale and swallowing quality of life before treatment and after two courses of treatment.Result:1.Comparison between the two groups in improving swallowing function: After treatment,water swallow test scores of the two groups were improved significantly than before(P< 0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).After treatment,the SSA scores of the two groups were declined significantly than before(P< 0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,suggested that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving swallowing function(P< 0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups in improving quality of life: After treatment,the SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups were increasedsignificantly than before(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,suggested that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving swallowing life quality(P < 0.05).After treatment,the patients in the two groups showed improvement in psychology,social contact,sleep and other aspects compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).3.Comparison of the effective rates between the two groups: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.29% and74.29 % respectively,with significant difference between two groups(P <0.05),suggested the effective rates of treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined rehabilitation can effectively improve the swallowing function and the quality of life of patients with pseudobulbar palsy and dysphagia after stroke,and it's clinical efficiency is better than rehabilitation training.2.Acupuncture combined rehabilitation is a safe and effective treatment for pseudobulbar palsy and dysphagia after stroke.
