Objective:The study was intend to observe the clinical effect of elongated needle on the treatment of the pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke, and explore its clinical significance and application value, and regulate the specific clinical operation method of elongated needle. In order to provide more effective treatment method and thinking for the clinical treatment of pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke, and provide evidence for further promotion and application of the reference data. Methods: 60 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke pseudobulbar palsy were randomly divided into the elongated needle treatment group and common acupuncture control group, and the number of each group was 30 cases. The basic treatment of Western medicine were given individualized to two group patients and patients with hemiplegia was treated with acupuncture therapy. The two group patients were daily acupunctured 1 times,10 times for a course. We needed to evaluate and record swallowing test degree and SSA before and after treatment. Finally,we need to analyze the data. Results:After 2 courses of treatment, two groups of patients with swallowing test the degree of dysphagia grade was decreased, and the treatment group of elongated needle was decreased greater than common acupuncture control group. There was significant difference between two groups after treatment.(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with SSA after treatment than before was decreased, and the treatment group of elongated needle was decreased greater than common acupuncture control group. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).he total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:(1)The clinical symptoms of dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy after stroke can be improved by elongated needling and acupuncture.(2)Compared with the common acupuncture treatment, the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy with elongated needle is more significant in the treatment of dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy after stroke.(3)According to the effect of treatment, the general situation of the 2courses have the obvious effect.
