Objective: Studied in this paper by comparing the different degrees of acute pesticide poisoning group type Cardiac muscle creatine kinase isozyme(MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase,CKMB),Cardiac troponin I(Cardiac troponin I,cTnI),gao min troponin T(hypersensitivity troponin T,hs-cTnT)laboratory indexes, discusses the hs-cTnT to evaluate different degrees after acute pesticide poisoning the clinical value of myocardial injury. Methods: 68 cases of acute pesticide poisoning patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the experimental group, and 21 cases of healthy patients were selected as the control group. After admission, clinical data of patients in the two groups were recorded in detail, including age, gender, previous diseases, poisoning time and method, and pesticide types of poisoning.According to the diagnostic criteria of acute pesticide poisoning, the experimental group was divided into three groups, namely mild, moderate and severe poisoning.Hs-ctnt,cTnI and CKMB values of 4h,12 h,24h and 36 h after oral administration of pesticides were recorded, and hs-ctnt,cTnI and CKMB values of the control group were recorded on the day of admission. Finally, the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS18.0 software.P < 0.05 indicated statistically significant differences. Results: After oral administration of pesticides,hs-ctnt,cTnI and CKMB in the mild poisoning group showed no significant difference from the control group(P > 0.05).Hs-ctnt in the moderate poisoning group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the cTnI and CKMB values between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the hsctnt,cTnI and CKMB values in the severe poisoning group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).12 h after oral administration of pesticides: the hs-ctnt value of the mild poisoning group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the cTnI and CKMB values between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the hsctnt values of the moderate poisoning group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the cTnI and CKMB values between the control group and the control group(P > 0.05),and the hs-ctnt,cTnI and CKMB values in the severe poisoning group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Comparison of hs-ctnt values at each time point after oral administration of pesticides between the experimental groups: hs-ctnt values in the severe poisoning group were higher than those in the mild and moderate poisoning groups(P < 0.05).The hs-ctnt value of the moderate poisoning group was higher than that of the mild poisoning group(P < 0.05).Comparison of cTnI and CKMB values at each time point after oral administration of pesticides between the experimental groups: cTnI and CKMB values in the severe poisoning group were higher than those in the mild and moderate poisoning group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in cTnI and CKMB values between the mild poisoning group and the moderate poisoning group(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The diagnostic value of hs-ctnt,cTnI and CKMB in the evaluation of myocardial injury after mild pesticide poisoning was limited.Hs-ctnt,cTnI and CKMB all have diagnostic value in the evaluation of myocardial injury after severe pesticide poisoning.Hs-ctnt has more diagnostic value than cTnI and CKMB in the evaluation of myocardial injury after moderate pesticide poisoning.
