To Investigate The Effect Of Danqi Antihypertensive Prescription On Left Ventricular Hypertrophy(Syndrome Of Blood Stasis) In Essential Hypertension Based On The Mechanism Of Neuroendocrine Inhibition And The Prescription Of Horn Medicine

Objective: based on the neuroendocrine tumors combining with the Angle of medicine compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine formula to explore on the Danqi antihypertensive prescription primary hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy(blood stasis resistance certificate),the influence of observation Danqi antihypertensive prescription can combined western medicine therapy in the treatment of western medicine on the basis of further reduce blood pressure,left ventricular mass index(BMI)and improve TCM symptoms.Methods: Use screen through the literature involved in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of the myocardial remodeling each link of neuroendocrine candidate,the sifting phase with Angle of medicine medicine for,of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,benefit hepatorenal Dan seven step-down party,this study included 67 patients from January 2019 to September 2019 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital cardiovascular internal medicine doctor diagnosed as primary hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(blood stasis resistance certificate),including 40 patients with male,female patients,27 cases,then using the method of random Numbers table was a randomized,34 patients with 33 cases and experimental control group patients,Two groups of patients with hypertension lifestyle intervention,the control group using valsartan amlodipine piece(bot)(oral,one tablet twice a day),the experimental group with valsartan amlodipine piece(bot)(oral,one tablet twice a day)+ Dan seven step-down party(oral,once one pill,three times a day),24 weeks after treatment in both groups were observed two groups of patients with left ventricular mass index(bmi),blood pressure and TCM symptom score changes,at the same time follow-up have two groups of patients in the test process without the occurrence of adverse events.Results: after 24 weeks of drug treatment,the data of observation indexes collected in the study were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn: the left ventricular mass index of the two groups of patients after the drug treatment was lower than that before the drug treatment,and the reduction degree of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The blood pressure in both the experimental group and the control group decreased,and the blood pressure in the experimental group decreased more than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The blood pressure reaching the standard time in the two groups was shorter in the experimental group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of TCM symptoms in both the experimental group and the control group decreased.The score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group decreased more than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion: the effect of Danqi antihypertensive prescription combined with valsartan and amlodipine tablets on the left ventricular mass index of patients with essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy(syndrome of blood stasis)was stronger than that of valsartan and amlodipine tablets.The antihypertensive effect of Danqi antihypertensive prescription combined with valsartan and amlodipine tablets on patients with essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy(syndrome of blood stasis)is stronger than that of valsartan and amlodipine tablets and can shorten the time of blood pressure reaching the standard.The improvement effect of Danqi antihypertensive prescription combined with valsartan and amlodipine tablets on the TCM symptoms of essential hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(syndrome of blood stasis)was stronger than that of valsartan and amlodipine tablets.There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups,and no serious adverse events occurred.
