| objective:The effects of susceptibility of glans and the scores of CIPE are studied for premature ejaculation patients, who were treated by premature ejaculation and circumcision operation. Methods:Using biology vibration tester, the vibratory sensory threshold of glans and phallosome of30constitutional premature ejaculation along with redundant prepuce patients(Treatment group) were detected on the one week before treatment and the6th month after treatment, respectively. The results were compared with30simple redundant prepuce(Control group). Results:The indexs of vibratory sensory threshold of glans and phallosome before treatment and on the6th month after treatment in Treatment group were statistical significant different(P<0.05). The CIPE scores before treatment and on6th month after treatment in Treatment group was not significant different by CIPE questionnaire(P<0.05). While, The indexs of vibratory sensory threshold of glans and phallosome before operation and on the6th month after circumcision operation by CIPE in the Control group were statistical significant different(P>0.05). It was not statistical different. Conclusion:Circumcision operation could extend time limit of sexual intercourse, reduce the susceptibility of glans of patients and elevate the quality of sexual activity of patients and their sexual partners. The vibratory sensory thresholds of glans, phallosome and satisfactory degrees of sexual activity are not different from before, when circumcision operation for patients with simple redundant prepuce. The CIPE scores are not different from before. |
