Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of regulating micro RNA on wound healing. Methods There were 7 databases searched with subject words and free words: Pub Med,The Cochrane Library,EMbase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM.The two reviewers screened all literatures that were retrieved through databases by referring to the pre-set inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data from the final included RCTs,conducted quality evaluation through the Cochrane Collaboration's tool for assessing risk of bias, and performed meta-analysis with Rev Man 5.3.Result Finally,10 Randomized controlled trials conforming to inclusion and exclusion criteria were included, with a total sample size of 186 cases.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the negative control group, the wound of regulating mi R healed faster on days 7,10 and 14(day 7: SMD=3.04,95%ci =[1.26,4.83],P=0.0008)(day 10: SMD=3.12,95%ci =[1.34,4.90],P=0.0006)(day 14: SMD = 3.08,95% CI = [1.16,5.00],P = 0.002),raise less the neutrophils(SMD = 3.15,95% CI = [5.04,1.26],P = 0.001),and produce more new vessels(SMD = 3.34,95% CI = [2.40,4.27],P < 0.00001).Conclusion By regulating the expression of mi R,it can promote the generation of wound neovascularization, reduce local inflammatory response and speed up the process of wound healing. However, more RCTs with a large sample size are still needed to prove this option in the future.
