ObjectiveTo observe the situation which the healing-wound nutrition oilpromotes the big mouse's injured skin to repair, and to discuss tothe mechanism which the healing-wound nutrition oil promotes the bigmouse's injured skin to repair and reduces to form the scar thatthe big mouse's injured skin heals.Method1. The healing-wound nutrition oil preparation:①The yolk oilpreparation: The ripe egg-yolk, except the moisture content,fries are dry the oil, spare.②Fatty tissue extract preparation:The male 4 months' age healthy pigs, one cow, one sheep, cuts andtakes out the back fatty tissue, the antiseptic 0.01mol/Lphosphate buffer solution (PBS, pHT.2) carries on 10 times ofdilution, ice bath homogenate, 1000r/min centrifugation for 5minutes, absorbs the supernatant to degerm through themicroporous membrane, cry opreservation 20℃.③The sesame oilheats up the fining to filter. Sesame oil, yolk oil according to10: 1 proportion; the pig, the cow, the sheep with draw the thingaccording to 3: 3: 5 proportions join in the oil, examinationcharacter, osmotic pressure and pH value.2. Experimental animal source: The common big mouse was provided byLiaoning medical college animal experimentation center.3. The mold making: 45 big mice backs respectively create two openentire thick skins injured area, the diameter is 3cm, the depthreaches the muscular layer.4. Handling method: 45 big mice stochastically divide into threegroups, the blank group (A group): Externally applies thephysiologic saline; the VEGF externally applied group (B group):In the big mouse's injured area spreads the gelatin spongeincluding 40ng VEGF; the healing-wound nutrition oil group (Cgroup): Wipes the healing-wound nutrition oil about lmm thick, the aseptic dressing wraps up the injured area.
