| Gardeniae Fructus,derived from the dry and muture fruits of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,is one of the commonly used TCM.Modern chemistry studies have showed that Gardeniae Fructus has various ingredients,including iridoids,triterpenoids,and pigments etc.These secondary metabolites have the pharmacological effects of protecting liver,gallbladder,anti-depression,etc.A total of 33 compounds were isolated from 60% ethanol extract of Gardeniae Fructus by multiple of chromatographic separation and identification methods in our research.Their structures were determined as: 2?-O-cis-coumaroylgardoside(1*)? 6?-O-caffeoyllioxide(2*)?2?-O-trans-coumaroylgardoside(3)?6?-O-trans-sinapoylgardoside(4)?7-deoxygardoside(5)?tarenninoside C(6)?2?-O-coumaroylmussaenosidic acid(7)?10-O-caffeoyl deacetyl daphylloside(8)? 6?-O-trans-sinapoylgeniposide(9)? genipin-gentiobioside(10)? geniposide(11)?7-deoxy-8-epiloganic acid(12)? secologanoside(13)? gardenamide A(14)?6?-O-trans-sinapoyljasminoside B(15)? epijasminoside A(16)? jasminodiol(17)?6?-O-trans-sinapoyljasminoside L(18)? 3-(?-D-glucopyranosyloxymethyl)-2,4,4-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one(19)?jasminoside C(20)?sinapinic acid(21)?caffeic acid(22)?methyl gallate(23)? C-veratroylglucol(24)? ?-hydroxypropiosyringone(25)?3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenoyl)propan-1-one(26)?threo-guaiacylglycerol-8?-vanillic acid ether(27)?1,2-bis-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol(28)?trans-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-?-D-glucoside(29)?1-sinapoyl-?-D-glucopyranoside(30)?1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(31)?rutin(32)?glycyrrhisoflavone(33).Compounds 1-14 were iridoids,15-20 were monoterpenoids.Among them,two(1,2)were new compounds and eleven(8,12,4-31,33)were isolated from Gardeniae Fructus for the first time.In the study,there are 3 compounds(10,11,32)more than 500 mg were obtained,and compound 11 is used as a marker component for the quality control of Gardeniae Fructus and its preparations.The calibration of compound 10 has been partially completed. |
