Objective: To investigate the correlation between NLR,PLR and intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: The patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to the Sec ond Department of Neurology in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January2019 to January 2020 were collected as the cerebral infarction group(N=127);an d the people who examination in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital was collecte d as the control group(N-102);China's acute ischemic stroke diagnosis guidelines2018 for the standard to establish the diagnosis of patients in the control group.th e next day,all the group of people were admitted to the hospital of routine blood tests, and completed the cranial nuclear magnetic and neck vascular ultrasound ex amination, observation of intracranial and intracranial blood vessels,Whether there i s stenosis and stenosis of the lower collarbone artery, the control group was divide d into stenosis and non-stenosis group according to the absence of arterial stenosis, and the correlation between NLR,PLR and intracranial and intracranial vascular s tenosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke is discussed. All data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software. Results: 1.Compared with the control group, the age, gender, hypertension histor y,smoking history, diabetes history,UA,PLR,FBG,WBC,neutrophil,NLR in the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;the platelet,HDL,lymphocy te were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05)There was n o significant difference in TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P > 0.05);2.Age,gender,hypertension,diabetes history, smoking history, leukocyte and NL R were independent risk factors of cerebral infarction(P < 0.05);HDL was protective factor of cerebral infarction;PLR was related to cerebral infarction, but not ind ependent risk factor of cerebral infarction(P > 0.05);3.There was significant difference in NLR and PLR between stenosis group and non stenosis group(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in NLR and P LR between non stenosis group and control group(P > 0.05);4.The level of NLR and PLR was related to the stenosis of the artery in the p atients with cerebral infarction(P < 0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showe d that the level of NLR and PLR was not an independent risk factor for the steno sis of the artery in the patients with cerebral infarction(P > 0.05);5.There was no significant correlation between the level of NLR and PLR and the stenosis of intracranial and extracranial vessels(P > 0.05);6.There was no correlation between NLR level with the degree of stenosis of i nternal carotid artery and vertebral artery(P > 0.05);PLR level with the degree of stenosis of vertebral artery;PLR level with the degree of internal carotid artery i n stroke patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.NLR?PLR level is related to cerebral infarction,NLR is an indep endent risk factor for cerebral infarction,PLR is not an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.2.NLR?PLR level is associated with intracranial extracranial artery stenosis in pa tients with cerebral infarction, but it is not an independent risk factor.3.NLR?PLR level had no correlation with intracranial stenosis in patients with c erebral infarction.4.There was no correlation between NLR level and stenosis degree of internal ca rotid artery and vertebral artery, and PLR level was related to stenosis degree of i nternal carotid artery in patients with cerebral infarction.
