Treatment Of Dabetesmi Ellitus With Yiqi Yangyin Janbi Decoction Combined With Abdominal Acupuncture

Objective:Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture was used to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.The effect of this treatment on motor nerve MCV(motor nerve MCV),sensory nerve(SCV)and lower extremity sensory dysfunction in patients with DPN was observed in this study.The improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM,To verify the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and single application of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction in the treatment of DPN,to reveal that it may improve nerve conduction velocity,improve lower extremity sensory dysfunction and clinical symptoms.Methods:Ninety patients who had been diagnosed as DPN(deficiency of qi and yin with blood stasis)were randomly divided into three groups:abdominal acupuncture plus Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction group,Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction group,Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction group and epalita tablet group,respectively.30 patients in each group were treated with conventional hypoglycemic drugs or insulin standard basic hypoglycemic therapy.The three groups were treated with abdominal acupuncture plus oral Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction,respectively.The nerve conduction velocity(SCV)of motor nerve was observed before and after treatment for 4 weeks with oral Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction and 50 mg epalinast tablet for 4 weeks,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.To alleviate the lower limb sensory dysfunction and the changes of clinical symptoms of TCM.Results:?The fasting blood glucose(FPGN),2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h)PGN,HbA1cN(HbA1cN)in the three groups were all improved(P<0.05),and the group of supplementing qi and nourishing yin Juanbi decoction plus abdominal acupuncture was better than the other two groups(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the other two groups.?After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of bilateral common peroneal nerve and the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)of bilateral sural nerve were all increased(P<0.05),and the group of supplementing qi and yin Juanbi decoction plus abdominal acupuncture was obviously superior to the other two groups(P<0.01).?After treatment,the lower limb sensory dysfunction of the three groups was alleviated(P<0.05),and the combination of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction and abdominal acupuncture was superior to the other two groups(P<0.01),but there was no difference between the other two groups.?After treatment,The scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups were all decreased P<0.05,and the total effective rate of the three groups was 8773600.The total effective rates of the three groups were significantly better than those of the other two groups(P<0.01),and that of the Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction group was better than that of the ipalita tablet group(P<0.05),respectively,indicating that the total effective rate of the three groups was 87737360,respectively,indicating that the total effective rate of the three groups was 877360.The TCM syndromes effect of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal Acupuncture and Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction was better than that of Eparina tablet group.Conclusion:?Yiqiyangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and single use Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction can improve DPN patients with TCM syndromes and syndromes of TCM.?Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and single application of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction can improve the conduction velocity of bilateral sural nerve and bilateral common peroneal nerve.?Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and single use of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction can alleviate lower limb sensory dysfunction.?Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and single application of Yiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction could effectively reduce the level of PGB HbA1c in FPG for 2h.?YYiqi Yangyin Juanbi decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Qi and Yin deficiency with stasis syndrome,the effect is more obvious than simple Western medicine,safe,effective,worthy of clinical promotion,has a broad application prospects.
