With the expansion of the hospital scale,the data of various medical records has grown rapidly,and various types of unstructured medical records need to be stored.The current medical record management system can no longer meet this demand.The proposed cloud computing provides a highly scalable,high-availability,fault-tolerant and low-cost solution to the current difficulties faced by medical records management systems.Based on distributed computing technology,this paper proposes a design and implementation method of medical record management system based on cloud computing.The system adopts the cloud computing software platform infrastructure Hadoop and its ecological environment to build on the Linux cluster,and includes three core functional modules: system administrator management function module,patient function module and medical record function module.This paper first analyzes and expounds the research background,research purpose and significance of the medical record management system,and the research status at home and abroad.The medical record related knowledge involved in software development is introduced.Secondly,this paper analyzes the requirements of the medical record management system,including data requirements,functional requirements and performance requirements.Third,the feasibility of the system was demonstrated.Fourthly,the overall design and implementation of the storage structure,function modules and database of the medical record management system are focused.Finally,after combing the software testing technology,the paper conducts functional tests and performance tests on the medical record management system.Test conclusions and analysis results are given.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of medical record system,the overall architecture of the system is designed,including the storage structure of the system,the database design and the design of each functional module of the system.The design of the system can meet the needs and has certain advanced(2)The system includes modules such as system management,patient management and medical record management,in which the database is designed with Hbase column database;(3)This paper implements the functions of the medical record system,and builds a system framework using Hadoop cluster.The scalability and performance;(3)through the detailed design of the system software test cases,using WAST for stress testing,after testing,verified that the system meets functional requirements and performance requirements.The medical record management system designed and implemented in this paper provides a powerful and efficient management system for hospitals,and also provides reference for other hospitals to build similar medical record management systems.
