The Study Of The Volume P.2161P1-P25 Of Dunhuang Contract Documents In The France Collections

The volume P.2161 of Dunhuang documents in the france collections involved in 25 fragments,they are all Contract Type except for 2 Elegiac Addresses.Contents of the Documents are very rich,and conserve a lot of medieval Contract Style which is rare in traditional literature recordation.They reflect shape feature and language habit of socio-economic documents in medieval Dunhuang area.These documents for the researching of development and evolution of Chinese socio-economic Lease Securities have important significance.Mainly from information of the Volume and back positive relationship,collated and noted of the Documents and overall study,three aspects,this article summarized and introduced the Volume P.2161 of contract Documents.Based on Documents collated,This paper focuses on the characteristics of the contract terms use and formation mechanism of the polite formula.Thereby we display general situation of civil socio-economic contract in medieval Dunhuang area,that provides references for the further studies of Dunhuang Documents.The first chapter discusses the back positive relationship of Documents,and introduces the number and Volume writing.In the second chapter,we proofread the first seven chapters'material adoption of the Documents.We appreciate the profound insights of researchers in Dunhuang contract documents material adoption.At the same time,some humble opinions,the rest of contract documents material adoption and the notes are added.In this process,we find that Dunhuang contract documents are the closed system,whose words,form and involving names and descriptions of things have their characteristics.In the third chapter,Through a textual research on the polite formula,names and descriptions of things,characters and duty,we find that a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of contract word use and an accurate understanding of contract names and descriptions of things connotation are the key to do the contract documents material adoption.Further more,we can get the chronology of contract documents from the information of characters and duty.Through combing denominating of Volume P.2161 of contract Documents,we find that rules for Dunhuang contract documents named can be followed.
