With the new requirements and goals of economic development on education,how to improve the teaching effectiveness of the current classroom has become the focus of academic research.English as the official language of the world,combined with the unique grammar and context of English in improving the English level of students and the development of students vision and so play an important role,so the English teaching has become one of the most important high school teaching.Since the introduction of high school English new curriculum reform,classroom teaching had to enter a new environment,how to quickly improve the effectiveness of high school English classroom teaching,as one of the important high school teaching objectives.Based on the reading of a large number of documents and materials,this paper reviews the current research results of high school English classroom teaching effectiveness,and based on the theory of individualized teaching,humanism and learning organization theory,Based on the research on the current situation of English classroom teaching effectiveness in H high school,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching effectiveness,finds out the factors that affect the teaching effectiveness,and puts forward the strategies to improve the English classroom teaching effectiveness according to the existing problems.The study found that the current H high school English teaching problems mainly include the differences in the professional quality of English teachers and teaching sentiment is not high,the teaching content is scattered and the teaching mode is single and the English teaching environment configuration is poor,the use rate is low and so on.At the same time,The current influencing factors of high school English classroom teaching efficiency mainly focus on teachers,teaching content teaching methods and students.Through the analysis of the examples,the researchers put forward strategies to improve the teaching effectiveness of high school English classroom from the aspects of teacher-student interaction,teaching content innovation and teaching environment.
