The Research On The Formation Of Chinese Internet Words Based On The Investigation Of Corpus

The Internet not only provides a dynamic platform for people's daily life and media publicity,but also provides a greater development space for the Chinese Vocabulary System.Nowadays,network words have been widely loved and pursuit by the majority of netizen,they even become part of everyday language.This new language phenomenon has caused a wide attention of linguistic.As the saying goes ”To catch a snake by the head is good advice”,to study net words,we should start from the essential characteristics of network words.Through the collection of network words produced in the past ten years,and analyzed their coinage way,will help us to discover and summarize some rules of it,enable us to have a more clearly and comprehensively understanding of the development of network words.This paper is divided into the following several aspects.The first chapter is the introduction,aims on introducing the current academic research status of network language and network words,the definition of network words and the difference between network words and the new words,then briefly describes the research methods and data sources.The second chapter introduces the main formation ways of network words,combining examples to explain.After the analysis,the formation ways of network words has been classified in to 7 categories,23 types.The 7 categories including Phonetic formation,Morphology formation,Syntax formation,Rhetoric formation,Philology formation,Abbreviation formation and Loanwords.The third chapter analyzed the collected network words one by one,statistics the word amount of each type of word formation,and then divided the development stages of network words on this basis,then analyzing the feature of each stages and the factor that caused the change.The fourth chapter mainly analysis the characteristics of network words formation,then put forwards some reference suggestion of network words standardization based on the previous research.From a longitudinal perspective to research and analysis the formation for network words,we hope to summarize some rules of the development of network words,based on that,to provide some theoretical basis for guiding the network words grow in a healthy and orderly way.
