Qilu culture is an extremely bright and characteristic part of Chinese national culture,and occupies an important position in the Chinese history and civilization.Qilu culture,as a kind of regional culture,improves its own comprehensive strength in the constant competition with other regional cultures,which makes Qilu culture constantly keep its vitality and be the mainstream,and plays a dominant role in the process of China's modernization and the realization of Great Rejuvenation.Cultural industry is a collection of the production of cultural products and other relating activities.Being an emerging industry,it is the product of the development of social productivity,and the core content of China's construction of socialist culture.The objective of cultural industry is to provide recreational products as well as services.Regional culture industry in China takes the form of local cultural industry,emerging under the background of socialist market economy,basing on the regional cultural economy,being guaranteed by regional policy system and regional culture resources.Adopting the method of literature research,typical investigation,case study,this research analyzes the cultural competitiveness of Qilu area and the model of Shandong cultural industry.First of all,the background and significance,as well as the research status at home and abroad of the selected topic are generalized.Secondly,it discusses the relevance between the competitiveness of regional culture and the model of Shandong cultural industry.Then,basing on an investigation of five typical regional cultural competitiveness and strategic patterns of local cultural industry,this study analyzes the correlation between the advantages of Qilu regional culture and the formulation of strategies of cultural industry development.On the basis of the investigation,the problems and obstacles of Shandong local cultural industry development are analyzed.Lastly,the path to solve the problem is designed.The goal of this research is to summarize the law of development of Qilu cultural industry,to put forward the strategy of regional cultural industry development,to achieve the effect of "get-the-big-picture-from-small-details",which in turn will help relevant departments taking a more comprehensive view in the formulation of strategies of regional cultural industry in Shandong province.At the sametime,the study will offer consultations for the financing of new culture industry projects,which may lead the cultural industry policy makers to pay more attention to the impact of local factors,then promote success rate of cultural industry projects in Shandong province and increase its cycle returns.
