With the rapid development of our industrial civilization and scientific community,the inheritance and protection state is not so optimistic.How to use the made of propagation of film and television to promote overseas publicity of traditional Chinese culture is a important research project for us.Fu Hsi culture is the source of our Chinese one.It is inevitable that the effect of overseas publicity of Fu Hsi culture will be promoted by using video art.In information era,people frequently use film and television made to learn and understand the world for film and television art has the characteristic of direct observation and convenience of frame and transmission,this provides optimum carrier to traditional cultural transmission.The article aims to resolve how to film and television made recording Fu Hsi culture and promoting its spread.In terms of propagation characteristic and value of film and television arts of Fu Hsi culture,combining individual academic works “The Emperor Fu Hsi “documentary scheme,this article mainly focuses on the film and television transmission made culture value and artistic significance of Fu Hsi culture through creation value and artistic significance of Fu Hsi culture through creation features of film and television art.Starting from creative characteristic of film and TV art,this article mainly researches on film and TV creative art method,cultural value and artistic significance of Fu Hsi culture.In terms of its audio-visual artistic characteristics and historical and cultural value,combining personal academic works “The Emperor Fu Hsi”.Specially,The article consists of an introduction and three chapter.An introduction mainly summarizes research method and research value of this thesis in respect of research overview.Chapter one mainly focuses on aesthetic characteristics,film and TV communication of Fu Hsi culture.Chapter two analyzes lightspot of film and TV art of Fu Hsi culture and it advantageous conditions in terms of personal academic works “The Emperor Fu Hsi ” documentary planning case.Combining personal works “The Emperor Fu His ”,Chapter three compares film and cultural creation of Fu Hsi with other historical and cultural documentary to use its artistic technique of film and TV art to consummate film and TV art communication.The research is established to analyze the creative status of film and TV creation of Fu Hsi theme to provide art appreciation and guidance to the creation of Fu Hsi theme works.Comparing with the ways of artistic creation of other types documentary to find defect and shining point of its creation.Therefore,we can carry out a comprehensive and systematic research to the film and TV works of Fu Hsi culture to explore its spread progress road to give some enlightenment to its further development.
