Studies On The Buddhist Supernatural Stories In Mysterious Novels Of Six Dynasties

The Buddhism of Six Dynasties flourished,which had a profound impact on mysterious novels at that time.This thesis takes supernatural tales in mysterious novels of Six Dynasties as the research object,and literature analysis method,text analysis method as well as comprehensive analysis method are mainly adopted to explore the characteristics of Buddhist supernatural stories and Buddhist philosophy behind them with the hope of exploring practical significance of Buddhism in modern society through the study of the contents of supernatural stories.This paper first discusses the development of Buddhism in Han and Wei dynasties,and its influence on Buddhism mysterious novels and Buddhism supernatural stories.Mainly from the political,ideological,cultural and other aspects for analysis.The special era promoted the development of Buddhism,Buddhism thought affected people's lives,thus affecting the content and theme of Buddhist supernatural novels.Secondly,the author makes an in-depth study of the supernatural stories of Buddhism,analyzes the characters in the story,and makes a classified study on the content of the story,Explored the subject and practical significance of the story.Buddhism tells people by Buddhist supernatural novels that everything in the world seems like “moon in the water,flowers in the mirror”,is illusory,will not exist forever,putting down the greed of desire,lying down their obsession,getting spiritual liberation.And warned people that the actions in real social are "karma",to remind people to have good thoughts,do good things,collect karmic reward.Finally,the article summarizes the artistic techniques of the Buddhist supernatural stories.Mainly from the narrative form,space-time world shape two aspects for analysis.The use of metaphor,the setting of images and the repetition of the subject matter are all in order to better promote Buddhism,so its artistic features are the artistic exaggeration based on Buddhist preaching.In addition,the stories of the Buddhist supernatural powers can not be ignored in the following aspects: the subject,the theme and the structure.
